Would recommend to anyone. Claudia is very experienced and extremely easy to talk to. She provided the assistance I needed in a very timely fashion. She also worked with my busy schedule and that was greatly appreciated. Again, I would recommend to anyone in need of her expertise.

I believe that the most important aspect of a successful therapeutic relationship is the connection between the client and the therapist. My therapist Claudia, provided me with some of the best sessions. Her empathy is amazing towards her clients. I highly recommend this agency for any counseling needs. They are wonderful people here and their fees are very affordable.

I attended C2E for substance abuse counseling required for a DUI. I completed my treatment 14 days ago and this was the last thing needed to get my license back. It had taken over a week send my discharge papers to the DUI school so I could get my license. I finished on a Tuesday (feb 26th) and I was told Pilar would sign my papers on Saturday (march 2nd) and they would be sent to the dui school the following Monday (March 4th) They still had not received my papers that following Tuesday (March 5th). I called Pilar and she said it would be done last Thursday or Friday (March 7/8). It should not take longer than a week to sign a few papers and fax them over. When I called Pilar on Thursday to confirm she was going to send them so it wouldn’t be forgotten, I didn’t get a call back after leaving a message. The next day I went down to the office to speak with her in person and she wasn’t there so I spoke with someone else who worked there and she told me she would have Pilar contact me. Pilar called me Friday at noon and was extremely rude to me telling me “I said I would get it done what did you not understand? ” and “why are you going to the offices bothering people? ” She was really acting like I was inconviencing her by asking her to do her job. I asked her if she could tell me what time exactly they’d be sent and she said “before the end of the business day. ” I called the DUI school at 3: 30 (they close at 4) and they still hadn’t gotten them so I had to wait another weekend to get my license back. I was finally able to get my license yesterday (March 11th) because the DUI school received my papers Friday the 8th, 20 minutes after they closed. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re trying to finish your counseling in a timely manner and want to get things done quickly to get your license back. This was not worth $800, I wish I would’ve chosen somewhere else. When you pay that amount of money you expect people to do their jobs. I wish I could give 0 stars but at least my counselor Holly was friendly and helpful.

If you are 1 in 4 people who suffer from anxiety, add/adhd, depression, or pain.do NOT seek treatment here. They will make you come in and pay money in order to tell you they cannot treat you. C2E Counseling scams poor people seeking treatment and this is completely unethical. Holly, one of the counselors was very unhelpful and seemed like she needed counseling of her own. I arrived to my appointment early, she took me late, and was running so late she had two additional clients waiting in the lobby who were visibly upset by her lack of respecting our time. Be sure to pay with money order so you can have a valid copy of your receipt. I repeat, do NOT waste your money with these people. Seek a treatment center that want what’s best for you, not just your money.
