I can only tell you that the service at this Funeral Home is Horrible. I called before my grandfather died to do the cremation and they gave me a price, unfortunately 5 minutes later my grandfather passed away and they automatically told me that the price had changed because he was dead.
It is a lack of respect for families and the way in which they take advantage of the misfortunes of others. I can only say that I strongly disagree with how they manipulate the pain of families.

I am not a person to write reviews, but this review is for the supervisor Victor Guzman, it is hard to lose a loved one, the process is not easy, I thank Victor and his team for always being available for any help one needs when reaches the cemetery, it is very valuable for a company to have a worker like Victor and his team

At the funeral and then at my mother's burial, there were several mistakes that were not to our liking, first of all we arrived at the funeral home shortly before the agreed time, since we came from afar, after filling out a form the young woman who was In the office he sent me to look for the chapel without accompanying us to the place, we entered and then a young man came who brought some flowers to put on top of the box, minutes later he came to pick them up because he said they were not ours and that's how he spent the whole night bringing and taking the crowns wrong. On the day of the burial, apparently they were in a hurry to finish quickly, immediately after placing the box a lady came and under the coffin and ordered us to throw the flowers without having made an introduction or anything else, not to mention that We had to wait half an hour in the sun because supposedly the burial was for 11 am and we arrived earlier and they wanted to bury her before the agreed time. I think the service was lousy, very poor coordination of those responsible and very little communication with the family, despite the fact that we had to pay 400 dollars more to do the service on Saturday, with our family do not count on doing business with you anymore, tremendous disappointment we take up the pain for the loss of our mother.

My mom's burial ceremony was today. No one guide us through the service. They just lowered the casket all the way down to the ground and told us to throw flowers in and that was it. The staff needs to have more communication with the family. If you have a director that person should let the family members know what the sequence of events is going to be. I felt like the service was very impersonal. If you plan to use this cemetery make sure to ask before hand and let them know what you want, don't place your trust on them blindly and assume that they know what they are doing. I don't think I will ever use them again.

During these difficult times Francisco was amazing and very comforting. I am very thankful and grateful THAT you have amazing representatives like him.

My experience with the cemetery was wonderful vip treatment we drove in met with Rosa Perez she drove us around to look at the cemetery show us the spaces to put my brother to rest.we love the cemetery how we where treated. ROSA PEREZ ITS VERY HUMAN KIND OUTGOING. SHE IS A GREAT WORKER FOR THAT JOB THAT SHE DOES SO WELL. I EVEN FINANCE 3 SPACES WITH THE HELP OF ROSA PEREZ. I AM OVERWHELMED WITH ALL THE HELP SHE GAVE US. I COULD KEEP GOING ON. THE BEST PART OF IT ALL GO TO THUS CEMETERY THE ATENTION WONDERFUU I BURRIED MYBROTHER IN A VERY WONDERFULL CEMETERY. 100 PERCENT SATIFIED. I ADVICE YOU. YOU NEED A PLACE TO VERY YOUR LOVE ONE. GO WITH THEM.

It was such a pleasure to have come in contact with Rosa Perez and staff. During the most difficult time of my life she was very patient with me. She guided me throughout the entire process. Thank you for everything that you have done to assist me and my family.

Luis Leon and the staff at Woodlawn West were very patient and kind when planning the services for the recent passing of our beloved mom/grandma. Luis was helped us coordinate a clergy person, plan the arrangements for the mausoleum, and through it all was very professional.

My family and I are thankful to have had the support of their team during this difficult time and highly recommend their services.

The pain of dealing with an unexpected death and our family being unprepared was quickly understood and Luis Leon and Rosa Perez. Both of them managed the situation with respect and really wanting to accommodate and help.

Luis joined us for the funeral after a long day at work and having to travel a long distance. That means a lot. Rosa and Luis, both, accompanied during the burial and were truly present.

As difficult as it may seem, plan ahead for this type of life experience. We are never prepared and reject the idea but is important to be conscious that we will all die at some point. I’m sure Rosa and Luis can help you in assisting your decision to secure a place where your loved one with rest, shall that be their will or your beliefs.

Luis Leon was so professional, compassionate and helpful. We were able to create a plan and sign the documents very easily and well. He had always been very responsive to all my questions and assistance for help.
