My wife and I purchased a cart today at Caddy Carts. Our salesperson, Matt was extremely patient. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. In fact, the opposite was true. He spent over three hours educating us and letting us drive a bunch of carts while pointing out the differences. We both enjoyed working with Matt and look forward to doing business with Caddy Carts again.

This is the most professional and honest cart dealer I have dealt with. Their quick response to my needs is so appreciated. My cart went in for routine annual service in addition to replacing the Trojan batteries after 5 years. The cart came back to me looking brand new.

We are very pleased with the service Caddy Carts performed on our golf cart. Our batteries were very old and would not hold a charge. They put in a new set of batteries and did lots of lubrications and adjustments and the cart is running very well now. All the people on their staff were very professional and friendly and pickup and delivery of the cart from our home was quite reasonable in price and as scheduled. Caddy Carts built us a custom cart for our Athletics Department on a very tight budget. The cart is everything we needed and more! Customer service is amazing! 100% recommend this company.

Bought a cart from them at the time of delivery they promised to replace the front seat. We even signed the reciept to have this done. Now 6 months later i also called them 3 time still no show. Called the complaim about tire vibration still no show. Promised the put decals on the side even signed for them still no show. My opinion is to look at other dealers and never take delivery from them unless everything is there that is promised. Caddy cart has deliverd as promised. After going over the issues they went above and beyond to make all issues were taken care of. Many homes in my complex has now gotten caddy carts so i am adjusting my rating to 4 stars.
