1I can personally say that the 5 star reviews are from current employees & management. They will promise you the world, will not follow through with a single one, and lie directly to your face about travel, wages, and any type of advancement. Leadership loves brown-nosing, management is clueless, highest turnover rate of any company I've ever worked for and could care less. They will pick favorites (experience, tenure, workload, etc does not matter). HR doesn't care what is going on whatsoever. Also, a good indicator is to look at all the "thumbs up" on the other POOR reviews that are posted. Worked there over 3 yrs and watched incompetent coworkers be compensated day in & day out (which all have left before myself, loyalty is obviously not taken into account at CAE). Thats just the tip of the iceberg too. Don't waste your time, but if any of that sounds inviting? GOOD LUCK lol
