Cafe in the Park reviews
18So good every time! My favorite local spot with the nicest staff. The house made dressings and pickles are delicious!
Way overpriced. We came to the park to play disc golf. We were getting hungry so got a chicken salad croissant. It was good but for almost $16 I expected more than a little sized croissant filled with chicken salad. The potato salad was good but small amount. The prices on website need to be updated.
Went at 3pm and was told kitchen was closed when they are open till 4pm and informed the freezer was left open overnight and they were unable to make rootbeer floats.
Love this place they are so nice amazing food and they're popsicles are perfect and great location
Love this hidden treasure! Great for lunch or just popsicles after the park! They support a bunch of local businesses as well which I think is awesome!
I went at the beginning of the year. My son and I had a couple of baguette sandwiches which tasted great. The downside, "baguette" = small. And $40 with tip, 2 drinks and a bag of chips.
What a cute little spot! Went here with a family friend and my mom's dog for a quick bite and a drink. My cuban was really good and I don't normally say that about cuban sandwiches unless it's from 1 specific place. So good job cafe! My.fsmolt friend liked his beer and it was nice to sit outside with our dog. The employees have a bowl of water for anyone who brings their pet. The service is friendly and attentive. Would go back next time I'm down town to try other things on their menu, especially their popsicles on a hot day. Don't be fooled by the outside of this establishment, give them a try!
Who knew? ! Lovely music in the park. Didn't eat or drink but the music was great and the atmosphere, idyllic. Will go again!
Great place for a quick meal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasty food. Will be back soon.
I have been going to the park for years, but only recently stopped in the Cafe. The food is quite good, with a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, and a couple of soups. It's great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the park. Lots of parents stop by, since it's close to the playground. A few police officers come by, since the station is just across the way.
A neighborhood hotspot, especially on Friday nights, when they often have live music. This cute café has light meals, primarily sandwiches and salads. Don’t forget the Popsicles for the kids!
Nice little lunch place with original food choices. Very casual and relaxing place. Highly recommend it.
The three employees they have here are just talking and laughing not doing there job, they have my mom a hot soda and looked at her like she was crazy when asking for ice and a cup, it took 20 minutes to make 2 BLTS and a Ruben with the store completely empty there was no one but us here, just awful experience, I’m glad your employees are having a blast at work though.
$4.50 for the smallest cone I have ever had. When she handed it to me I asked if it was a kiddie cone? No response.
Cute little Cafe in the Park. About $48 for two adult meals and 1 kids meal including tip. Everything was delicious. They were out of Nutella but I am sure that sandwich is a hit with kids. Service was kind and fast.
What a find right here under our noses!
The food was excellent, the pressed Cuban sandwich didn't look like the authentic Ybor City version but tasted remarkable like it. My companion had the Reuben and enjoyed it as well. We both ordered the potato salad which was savory, had capers and was just delicious! It reminded me of the classic Tarpon Springs version.
The environmentally conscience ethic is apparent in the use of plastics that can be reused and then recycled and straws that are home, commercial and marine compostable.
The park is a beautiful setting for a nice outdoor lunch, there is lots of shade and the area is clean and well maintained.
I will be taking friends there.
Cute little lunch spot. Chicken Salad Sandwich lives up to the hype. Potato salad was pretty good also, very mustardy.
