Such a quick and peaceful breakfast experience my salmon n craters was so good. They flower everything and well beautifully designed plates. Also a choice of almond milk for the Lactosers, lol.

The employees gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing them by being here. It took over a hour for my food to arrive after waiting 30 mins for my coffee. This place is not large that these wait times are warranted. Avoid this place

Ordered the French toast with syrup and a side of eggs scrambled with cheese, bacon and sausage. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Loved the vibe of this cafe as well. Super chic

The food is good but the service is very bad they charge you in advance and ask you for a tip and after you pay the food takes a long time and the entire order does not come out.very bad service.very bad experience and it was a Wednesday that there were not many people. I do not recommend it

responding to the management: from what I have seen in the other reviews you always have a cheap excuse to hide the bad service that the place gives.improve the service and stop with the excuses.and you are absolutely right about the tip, that's why I wrote the review so that people don't make the same mistake of leaving a tip as I did.tip and they give bad service so dont tip here

Very rarely do I order multiple entrees when I dine out but the menu looked too good to not try multiple items. I got the salmon plate, burrito el Rey, and the stuffed avocado with carne asada. Every. Single. Bite. Was absolutely wonderful. So much flavor, so FRESH, and great portion sizes. On top of that, the service was very friendly even under the stress of how busy they were. Staff stayed hard at work, food came out in a very timely manner and Daniel, the man himself, took our order AND checked on us despite the business. Could not be more satisfied about the dining experience.

This is a sad review. The food is excellent. The service was atrocious. We placed 4 orders. They completely forgot two of the orders. Two orders were served and a side of scrambled eggs for the third order. Because the third order was incomplete they didn’t even gave utensils with the side of scramble eggs. We heard the cashier, the waiter and the kitchen almost 7 minutes later saying that they forgot the waffles and the omelette of our table. When those two orders show up, we have to remind them of the side of bacon we also ordered (they forgot!). I went to this place due to be over 4 stars reviews. But then all the reviews mention the bad service. FYI the orders are given to a cashier not a waiter on table. I waited 5 minutes in front of the cash register while the cashier was chatting with the manager. That should be the first flag. Then the waiter walked by and I ask him “ do I order here or on the table? ”.
This was a Wednesday with the place half empty. Can’t imagine this place on a Saturday/Sunday brunch time.

I been waiting for my waffles for while and I paid 25 for other food and still taking forever

We found Cafe Papillion while walking around trying to find our unmarked Holiday Inn right up the road. It ended up being a blessing that we had to walk around trying to find our lodging because we found this place. They offer delicious food including fresh squeezed OJ that by the wat makes delicious mimosas! They had a picture on their wall that made me think I'd been there before. Haha

Terrible service for online orders. Also, consistently mess up orders when using Uber eats or DoorDash. Don’t recommend ordering from here.

Plainly a very popular place, and a very cool establishment. The Bellini was fabulous, and the food looked great … but didn’t have the HOUR we were told it would take to prepare our food (salad and a burrito bowl). Sad to miss out - so come prepared to wait!

Delicious food, good portions, good prices and friendly service - a great find in downtown. The salmon wrap is awesome and the sauce is spicy, enjoy.

Our experience at Cafe Papillon was perfect, relaxing, and the service was definitely worth 5 stars. Daniel took care of us and our food was impeccable! Anytime we come back to Miami, we will make a deliberate stop to Cafe Papillon for the freshest food we had during our trip!
