CAFE PINAR, Orlando FL

I was looking at the reviews and I saw other people complaining on the same issue I went to Café Pinar for the first time I had an appointment at the DMV and I wanted to have a quick breakfast to start between the attitude of the assistant was a little rude to tell you that she got upset because I didn’t leave a tip on a purchase of 10 dollars that I ordered to take away! The truth is that I don’t come here anymore based on the first experience. If you don’t want to be looked at with a bad face and treated badly, don’t visit this place.

I come here basically every day to have a Cuban colada. The girls in the afternoon Evelin & Lorena are very helpful, cool and nice to everyone. I love all their food, but especially their ajiaco (sancocho) and their shrimp ceviche with toast. I always leave their tip in the jar because the girls deserve it. Long live Cuba asere!

I had very high hopes for this place. It was horrible.
First, I only had breakfast and it was the worst empanada I’ve ever had. I ended up eating the dough and couldn’t get myself to eat the beef although I love beef. Mind you, I had ordered a chicken empanada and they gave me a beef. When I said something about it the lady never apologized she actually asked me with an attitude if I wanted her to change it. I said no it was fine. The coffee had no flavor. The place looks dirty and old. Not a good atmosphere. Also, when I paid for my coffee, empanada, and two tequeños the lady asked me if I wanted to tip. I am always a big tipper which that was not the problem. The issue was in the way that she asked which makes you feel like you can’t say no. I tipped when I paid although it was to go and will never be back. The WORST PART is that the little beef in the empanada made me so sick. Like if I had just eating something rotten. I had to tun to the Target restroom that’s all I have to say.

The best Cuban restaurant in Orlando, it is my favorite restaurant for breakfast. I go every day.and their workers are the best, especially Lily, Vivi, and Lore.the best really

This is one of my favorite local restaurants in Orlando. The food is not only delicious but gives you that homemade, comfort-food feel. The restaurant is clean and the service is great! We always enjoy our meal and will keep coming back for more!

Evelyn and Lorena took great care of me, the delicious food I recommend that stewed chicken.

This place has excellent service and food so much so that I go every week with my autistic son. The girls, both the blondes and the brunettes, are always with a smile and a very affable spirit with unparalleled helpful treatment and this makes all the difference.thank you always.my favorite place.att

Good morning, my name is Alex, I go to Cafe Pinar every morning, tremendous service from the girls, very friendly, especially Bibi. Every time I go, she treats me very well. That's why I recommend this place and ask for her.

I just moved to Orlando from an area that is deprived of culture. This was my first experience with Cuban dishes and it was some of the best food I have ever eaten! All of the workers are friendly every time we go in!

Today I went with some friends who wanted Cuban food.
The food seemed somewhat authentic, but tasted nothing of the Cuban flavor; It tasted more like Venezuelan food than anything else. They gave me an old grilled brisket that they tried to fix, and it tasted horrible. They changed owners, and the new owners are not Cuban. I do not recommend this restaurant!

Today I went with friends that wanted to eat Cuban food.
The food looked a little bit authentic, but it did not taste Cuban at all. I ordered a grilled chicken breast, and they served me a chicken an old looking chicken that tasted horrible. The restaurant changed owners; and the new owners are not Cuban. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but it was very pricey in the end. We were charged more than what was on the menu.

The servers were excellent today! We entered with a party of 14 people and they took great care of us, answered all of our questions and really provided great service.

Not only did our food come out right away but everyone loved their food and I can say that my plate of rice, beans and roast pork tasted delicious. I was really impressed with the service our family received!

This is the second time I visit this place and the food is delicious! Very cold beer and great attention! Impressive attention from the girls Evelin and Lorena
