The food is awesome. The people are warm and welcoming. They treat you as if you are the only customer.

I have to say the food was terrible. For the prices on the menu I expected higher quality food.

Honestly, my daughter who got a vegan dish was the best of the 6 dishes ordered. The ceasar salad was well over $20 and it was literally one large piece of romaine lettuce with a small handful of chopped lettuce. I had the linguini with clams, lots of clams but about 9 or 10 of them didn't open and it was basically tasteless. They did take it off the bill thankfully because it was a $42 dish. My husband got the chicken parm which he said was subpar. If an Italian restaurant cant get chicken parm right, i feel they can't get much else right. Not sure if I would even give them a second try. I feel it was extremely overpriced and not high quality food. The restaurant was beautiful and the drinks were good. Although a $22 old fashioned came with a maraschino cherry for that price it should have an amarena cherry. The calamari was about $32 and was the worst of all, it looked like French fries and flavorless. Bottom line, overpriced and disappointing. Definitely had higher expectations.

The food is always delightful. I think it's worth the little extra it costs for the experience.

Bad experience. The risotto porcini was mushy and not pleasant. The mushrooms wasn’t fresh but frozen. My wife’s pasta dish lack in salt and flavor too.

Service was off slightly given that they had a large party to cater to in the dining room. No big deal but for the price tag you're paying and the outstanding and delicious food, service matters. Key points- don't allow customers to go dry on drinks, salt and pepper should BOTH be on the table, and bring the formaggio with the pasta- it goes without saying; why require customers to beg for it.

We dine here often. The food is always some of the best Italian in the Palm Beach area. The veal parm is fantastic as is the charcuterie board. During the Christmas holiday they have an enormous live tree in the center of the restaurant that is just so cool and looks great. The restaurant is great for a romantic dinner, lunch or family event. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The wine list is very good and cocktails properly prepared. Enjoy!

Nice restaurant, but noise level was high. Excellent service & food was mediocre for a fine dining restaurant.

This is the only restaurant in South Florida where my Italian wife from Roma wants to eat. Excellent. Server Bonifacio was outstanding. Grazie. Diego

The most tasteless chicken parmigiana EVER! It was over pounded, over cooked with tasteless breading and tasteless sauce. Looked so good. Returned it and the waiter had no response. The maître d’ could care less when I said something.
This is the 3rd time here. The first time a few years ago was good. We returned 2 years ago and it was fair to poor, so we decided to give another chance. HORRIBLE! Will NEVER return.
Over priced garbage.

The food was excellent, but the service was a little slow. Overall we had a great time and will be going back.

Went for Valentine's Day and what a treat. Everything was perfect from the staff and food. Gave a rose to every lady as she left. We will go back again and plan on telling our family and friends. Thank you Cafe Sapori for a beautiful experience.

To be completely honest, even though the food & service was above average, it was the atmosphere of the restaurant that really diminished the entire feel of a upscale restaurant. With every table filled, the background noise produced from the combined normal conversations was deafening! I could not hear people speaking to me at my own table through the combined background noise of every conversation. You really get a sense of how truly loud it was when you end your meal and walk out into the outside corridor to the valet and realize street noise was decibels quieter! If you are reading this, do not sit in the main dining room as we did. There is a back section on their most eastern side behind a partitioned glass wall. I would ask for a table back there, as far as possible to either side to be shielded by the glass wall as a sound barrier to the main dining room.

Delicious restaurant! Can become somewhat pricey but everything was perfectly done. Food turned out great, the decorations are beautiful, the soap in the bathroom is great. Definitely recommend. Great for lunch and in a good location. Parking might be challenging the busier it gets I’m not sure what they do when it fills up.

Service and food weren’t exceptional, server forgot to bring appetisers. Very crowded for dinner. Would not recommend for a dinner with kids nor romantic dinner. Tiramisu though was amazing!

I did my research when my wife asked me where I wanted to celebrate my birthday and found an online article recommending Cafe Sapori as being a spot where many of Palm Beach County's more-respected chefs go when they're not working. We were so happy with our choice! From the time we pulled up to the valet to the time we left, everything was on point. All of the staff were professional and courteous and gladly recommended great food and wine choices. Do not leave without treating yourself to their amazing desserts! We will be back!

Not happy with the food.
The food is highly overpriced considering that the quality is very poor in the sense that is not innovative at all and it’s very simple.
We tried the Ossobuco risotto, the pasta with octopus and the gnocchi. The saffron in the risotto was very overpowering, the octopus pasta seemed like a dish made at home and the gnocchi was very chewy. Also the beef carpaccio was cut too thick…great wine and service though!

This is one of my favorites in the area for an upscale dining experience. It is fine dining without being pretentious. Delicious, authentic Italian food including homemade pasta! I've been here a few times with my partner and his family. Everything we've gotten here has been excellent, and the service is top-notch. What I love most is that they have a separate, completely vegan menu! I thought when I started eating a vegan diet years ago I'd have to give up dining out at italian restaurants. Was so happy to find this place so I can enjoy delicious Italian food again:)

For a sunday brunch, place was not crowded, however the service was mediocre for the price we paid, my friend was over charge for drinks, they only took one drink off the bill after i let the manager know, we arrived so early, we had to park ourselves, valet parking guys, set up their cart right behind our car, a big bronco, I couldn't see it so I hit it, no damage done, they were yelling at us, for a cart made out of plywood, you can find in the garbage, totally dessaponymeted, I will not go back, too expensive, for the salmon tartare i order, the size of a tablespoon, not worth it

The place was very unwelcoming. The only greeting we got was from valet. We went to dinner the lack of server “Hector” was terrible, and food was bland. The bigger parties got everything on time and were taken care of.
He stated that they were too busy but literally served 2 other tables (1-2 steps away) without checking on us the entire time. The price of our visit was not worth it. The servers literally avoided eye contact with the table.
