I feel very happy to receive the classes that Professor Jennifer teaches at the ce tro cagigas center, I feel very satisfied

The place is very pleasant, the service of its workers is very efficient, always with very good attention.

It is an Excellent medical center, the environment for seniors is very fun and enjoyable, every day there are different activities, the staff is very friendly and affectionate, I recommend that you come and learn about all the benefits that this clinic has!

I like this center because I see people very happy doing their activities, they always have something different to do every day, the people who work at the clinic are very nice and kind to everyone

I have to say how grateful I am for the treatment of everyone at the Cagigas medical office, my wife and I are very happy with the doctors, the efficiency of the transportation is divine, we have no complaints with the schedules, we always arrive on time for our appointments. We have been in cagigas for 6 years and I can say that we are like a family, we have activities every day, food, free transportation and a gym, it is fabulous to be able to have everything in one place, my wife and I recently became citizens thanks to the help from the clinic, their social worker helped me with every step to follow, it feels good to have people who care about you at this age when sometimes we get confused and we need a guide and the right people, I highly recommend the clinic.

We are very dissatisfied. In this review I will express 5 reasons why my mother left.

Reason 1.
My mother enrolled with Cagigas medical center in the month of December 2022. She enrolled with Health sun insurance. The insurance will come into effect in January 2023. They told us that as long as she has a prescription from the orthopedic doctor she will be able to go for the therapies. I didn't have to wait until January to start them. The prescription was sent to the office but they never called her for the therapies.

Reason 2.
For her blood tests the nurse stung her 4 times. I left her all purple. My mother asked to be sent to a laboratory outside the office. When he went to the laboratory there was a blood test that had to do with the heart where no reason had been given for the test. It was a code called ICD-10 which is for the purpose of insurance paying for that analysis. I had to call the office to ask for that code. Result? The medical assistant in the office didn't even know what test the lab was referring to. I send the lady from the laboratory to cancel that test that the doctor ordered to be done.

Reason 3.
My mom needed a referral to the optomologist. The office said that the Doctor was going to call her for a phone consultation. But they never called her.

Reason 4.
My mom sent to ask for some strips for the glucometer since she had very few to measure her sugar. They were supposed to call the pharmacy for that. After several days, I decided to call the pharmacy to find out if the clinic called to place the order but they never called the pharmacy.

Reason 5.
During the call when I was filing my complaints with the office they told me that the therapist Ángel suffered a traffic accident and that is the reason why I did not call her for therapies. That should not be a reason for you not to communicate that to the patient. And if there is no therapist in the clinic, it is so that they send her to another place to receive her therapies. My mom finally decided to change doctors. Only lasted with Cagigas medical center the month of January only.
