Caliber Collision, Longwood FL

Poor job, ended up braking my windshield wiper line, service advisor Heather Nelson was bias towards insurance changing my quote 3 times. Not a trustworthy place!

Caliber collision of Longwood did an excellent job repairing my car. Heather kept me up to date through out the entire process.

Whole repair process was delayed over 6 weeks due to my damage photos being initially filed incorrectly in a separate file so my insurance company kept thinking I hadn’t had the inspection done. It took multiple calls to correct. Since I’ve had my car home, I’ve noticed the headlight appears cloudy and has something sprayed on it…possibly clear coat. I’m calling tomorrow for followup about this issue.

They did a great job fixing my car after the accident! They cleaned it up inside and out as well. It did take a while for them to get the parts they needed to fix, but they were open and honest and thorough with communication. Very satisfied. If I have need work done again, I will go here!

I Gad a car collision, bumper mirror and tires were hurt. Everything is beautifully fixed. I didn’t have to wait too much. I Gad questions and they solved them and adjusted what I needed. Very good company, great people.

Heather and Magalys really made this experience better for me. Minor damage from an accident was taken care of quickly, efficiently and I was kept updated the entire time. Thank you ladies and the guys and worked on the car lol.

I had a vehicle repairs here under insurance. The repairs were completed on time, and the vehicle was back to its original condition.

Prior to my recent accident, I never had the need for an auto body shop. The staff at Caliber Collision could give lessons to other businesses on how to treat customers. They were friendly, understanding and very professional. During the repair they contacted me several times to notify me of their progress - something I didn't expect. When I picked up the car after the repair they walked me through what they had done and answered all my questions. You could not ask for nicer people.

Need and auto body shop? You can't get any better than Caliber Collision. If I could give them a rating higher than a 10, I would!

Quick drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. They did a great job on my repairs. Their communication was the best I have ever had. They updated me 3 times per week on what was going on.

Had my SUV repaired with Caliber in Longwood after an accident and it was a breeze. The staff is phenomenal from the secretary/receptionist to the repair manager who stayed in contact during the whole process with updates to the repair specialists who did an excellent repair, paint job. I definitely recommend. But hope not to need them again lol. If I do though I know where to go. Thank you Caliber Collision Staff.

This place is amazing. The constant updates via text and email were bar none nothing like I have ever experienced in such a good way! I got my car back and OMG it looks amazing. They've become far too political. So if you don't want to deal with politics there's literally a several different Auto body store that's locally owned next door.
