Caliber has a good reputation, coordinates with major insurance companies and a car rental agency, and the repairs done on my car were flawless as far as I can tell. They were backed up, so I had to wait a while to bring it in - which could be a problem if your car is not driveable and your insurance contract does not provide for a rental car - but once I brought it in, the time taken for the repair was reasonable.

Amazingly easy experience and that’s saying something. This was my new car that was hit and I was upset. Caliber and Alex made this experience easier to handle!

Came to pick up my car today, website and all of the signs told me it would be open on Saturday from 8-12.

I arrived at 10: 30 and the doors are locked and the phone number goes to the national call center which is closed on the weekends.

Brought my car in to get the front end fixed due to being in a minor accident. Spoke with Rob one of the service advisors at this location. He did a great job answering all my questions and concerns. He was able to schedule me an appointment to come back and get the car fixed. When I brought it back in for my appointment, they were ready for me and fixed it in a timely manner and made it look like it was never in an accident in the first place.

They were superior in customer service and the repair work performed on my vehicle. I recommend this company highly to all.

Please seek other options if GEICO tries to send you here. Paint does not match. Looked out for insurance company tried to do bare minimum for body repairs. Body work is sub-par at best. Clear coat does not match truck. When expressed concerns I was dismissed, even with photos and proof the vehicle was damaged more then what was estimated. Appraiser stated he gets in trouble for everyday his customers are in a rental so the job had to be done quick. Please take your car else where!

I am so extremely satisfied with my experience with Caliber Collision. My car was being worked on for a crash. They ordered all the parts, did the work while keeping me updated weekly. While my car was there, they noticed and issue with the airbags and addressed that as well. Miguel was my point of contact, he was very nice and informative. I would recommend Caliber Collision on 301 to all my family and friends.
