Caliber Collision, Ocala FL

The repair staff did not communicate all the preparations that needed to be made to my truck before I left it with them. They did NOT tell me that I had to remove my truck toolbox, and the foam and carpet lining in the bed of my truck. I removed the cab contents, the lose items in the bed of the truck, and most of the tools in the tool box.
They did not tell me that they were going to expose the bed of my truck to the elements. They did not indicate that the truck topper would be removed during their work.

The body repairs on the claim were completed and seem ok but the bed of my truck along with its foam lining and carpet is soaking wet.

My topper HAS NEVER LEAKED. The fact that everything in the bed of the truck is soaked with water is a result of whatever they did. I have no idea how much rust and mold is going to form in the bed of my truck. Also, my topper has damage on the drivers side along the entire bottom edge where it was scraped on something.

The cost of removing the contents of the bed of the truck and replacing the foam padding and carpet will be substantial. I am not happy.

Caliber is an outstanding collision repair shop. I have had the benefit of using them 3 times over the past 6 years. They have been consistent in their workmanship and efficiency each time, which is why I always go back to them.

I had to wait a long time to get into the shop, and I drove about an hour to take it here. But I chose to do this because of their good reviews rather than a place 15 down the road with three star reviews I could not have made a better choice.these people do amazing work. My car is so beautiful again. It took them two weeks and they even had delays with getting damaged product and that they would not use. Guys so much!

They walked us through the details and what all had to be done. They even made some suggestions For us to help maintain the car.

Given the circumstances they did a decent repair. My issues arise with the final product. A lot of details overlooked and resulting in a poorly finished appearance

The shop was amazing, Melissa and Bobbie helped in so many ways to keep me informed as to what was going on. It was a repair on a car incident with my fender where someone else got me as well as work needing to be done to an extensive degree after our recent Hail incident. They worked on both seamlessly and I really was pleasantly surprised. The shop was timely and very informational throughout the whole process, and they even had my car ready seven days ahead of schedule. I really suggest going here.

2 month turn around, which I thought was excessive, but they had the shortest wait. They always kept us informed, and they did as they promised. The car looks and handles like new.

We waited a month for our appointment to have our van repaired. They called us later that day to tell us that the vehicle was too tall to fit in their paint booth and to come and get it. We had already signed over the insurance check to them. This was on May 3,2023. Today is May 25,2023 and we still do not have our insurence money back so that we can take it to another repair facility. I was originally told that the money was going through corperate, but now no one is answering our texts.
This is causing us unnecessary stress and who needs that? No, I do not recommend this company at this point. I will consider changing my review when this situation has been remedied.

Had an accident last fall. Insurance prepaid the full amount of repair costs. Most repairs took around 90 days. They did not replace emblem. I had to follow up 6 months later and the only had the emblem for the make not the model. Still have not received model emblem. Spoke to the dealership within 10 miles and they had emblems in stock consistently for the past year. I had lots of issues with the service overall. I think that being paid by an insurance company for a part and installation but never installing it is fraudulent. This place added unnecessarily to the stress of having an accident by having poor communication. I would have rather paid out of pocket for better service.

I’ve had my car fixed there twice. Each time, I was contacted daily with the progress on my car. I got my car back in the day it was promised. Don and Matt are amazing!
