My husband and I want to thank the Venice Fl Caliber Collision staff! Chris was outstanding and took very excellent care with our repairs and kept us up to date all along the way. He even stayed late so we could pick up our car to meet our needs. Outstanding service!

Was very pleased with whole experience with Caliber. Made appointment through Geico. All was smooth. I was able to drop off my vehicle and get pre-arranged rental car right at Caliber. Repairs were done well in a timely manner. It was a big relief to get repairs done and have check-in and check-out go quickly and smoothly!

Had my miata patched up here, the work they did was flawless. They also reached out continuously to update me on my cars progress!

Very friendly staff and very professional repairs. They keep me updated all the way until it gets fixed.

Really bad experience here so be careful. They didn't ever communicate progress (or lack thereof) unless I chased them down myself, they had to repaint a bumper which took an additional 2 days, then they lost my electronic key.
While the front desk and service rep were all very kind, management had an opportunity to make all this right but chose to teach about his margin rather than address the service failure appropriately.

If you can find someone else to do the work I'd highly recommend it.

Tried to get an estimate for my car to be repaired. They aren’t at all interested in self pay. Only willing to schedule for insurance claims. I told them I am literally a cash payment and flexible to schedule in the next 3-6 months. NOPE. They are not interested. They are a big business who only want the easy over billing and overpays of direct insurance claims. What a shame! One receptionist apologized and was friendly. The other receptionist could care less! They clearly don’t want your business!

Excellent customer service! They were quick and their timing was precise. It seems as though they were very thorough. I highly recommend them over the other options. I hope I never need body work, but if I do, I know I will be going to Caliber Collision in Venice!

We were a bit apprehensive about taking our car to Caliber, because we usually use the dealership for repairs and maintenance, but were totally satisfied with the job that Caliber did! The entire staff was completely dedicated to making sure that we were constantly appraised of the process, and that the job was perfect and completed in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Very friendly front desk staff & timely repairs! Steve did an awesome job replacing my bumper and cleaned the inside of my car as well! He also called me almost every day to give updates without me having to call first. Very happy with my overall experience at Caliber Collision! 10/10 would recommend.
