Most horrific customer service and lack of professionalism. Did not communicate effectively and left broken parts in my vehicle for me to dispose. When being updated staff was not honest or transparent about repairs that were done.

The whole process was quick and stress free. John and Dana were so helpful through the process. I was updated every day on the progress of my car and even with the holiday, they were able to repair my car quickly. They handled the insurance claim and were transparent through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend everyone here for friendly and great service. Most people leave the mechanic upset, I was so happy. Not a single complaint!

I recently had my car repaired here, and they were the best. It all started with excellent customer service, then they texted me to keep me updated (this was my choice), finally they delivered my vehicle looking brand new, and ahead to the 12-20-23 date they had given me! I can’t thank them enough for their excellent work!

They stole my wallet from the glove compartment and after the dent in the door was fixed I now have a loud wind sound coming thru the top of my window. And the the little window by the mirror, the rubber seal is coming out not even pushed all the way in. Probably more wind sound coming in through here.

I recently had my car fixed by Caliber, and it was a good experience overall. The service provided was efficient, the staff was helpful, and I was satisfied with the results.

Went there to repair my car through insurance. Took over a month to repair and keep telling me it's ready tomorrow for a week n I already gave up my rental. When I finally got the car they forgot to put the spoiler on then driving back home car shut off on me because they forgot to tighten the wires on the battery. Then I notice they didn't put the emblem on back on. Then I call and they said come in they got it there when I came they say they have to order it. Still waiting couple weeks now. Overall they did an ok job on repairing the car

Great service, they communicated often about my repairs. It was an easy process with the repair and rental car.

This is the worst place to take you car, if they see you car doesn't have a lot of damage they will refuse service even my insurance paying for it. I will not recommend this place.
