We had excellent five-star service with Caliber Electronix. Glen came out the same day and fixed an issue with our dishwasher that another company did not deal with. Glen is not only a savvy technician but is also a very friendly and personable individual. He also fixed a problem with our refrigerator's ice maker. Glenn was amazing. He came over for a Fridge repair and was able to ID what the problem was and also corrected another issue that happened during the general contractor work when installing some of the pipes. While he was there I had another issue that happened and he stayed to help troubleshoot the issue and find a solution with a thermostat controller that had been installed earlier in the morning.

He maintained himself very professionally and was able to finally figure it out. So lucky he was there with the fridge when the other issue happened and definitely a supporter of him and his dedication to his craft and delivery of customer service. Well done!

Had a refrigerator problem, was able to get a same-day appointment. Diagnosis and ordering a new part was very quick. Refrigerator was fixed early the next day.

After we agreed that the repairman would come on Sunday to repair my dryer between 8 & 10am, he was a no show and did not give me the courtesy of a phone call. Even sent my husband to church so I could wait on the “No show” service call. Too bad I can’t give zero stars.
