I’m very pleased with my new closet! Nazareth was very helpful with the design work and selecting the right products, and Jaudy was very quick and efficient with the installation. They’re great to work with and I will definitely do this again.

I love my new closet. It was worth the investment and I'm getting things really organized.

One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever encountered with a retailer, let alone a custom closet fabricator. Measurements were off multiple times, turnover within was exorbitant to the point we never knew who was managing our project. Worse, we were lied to over and over and the job took forever, only to be all wrong. No one wanted to accept responsibility. Contacted corporate because the franchisee “didn’t communicate with customers, that’s what he has a manager for”. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Sherryl explained everything, and showed me how it would look, was friendly, easy to work with and understanding. Richard Vega the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, likes what he does and did it in an excellent time. I am very happy with my new closet and happy that I found people that put my dream so I can see it and enjoy. Thank you

Our California Closet design consultant, Chad, was readily available to communicate and meet during the whole process (delays on our end) and was a superb creative collaborator for our master closet and utility room designs. He went the extra mile when we had an issue with our laundry storage and pointed out both the limitations and work arounds for our spaces. We are very happy with the outcome and would come back again!

Complete professional. The overall experience, from the start of the design process to the installation was very professional. The total package is what I believe sets them apart. Not inexpensive product but the care in customization, attention to install detail and quality in design is what made us happy with the final product. I am not reviewing on their product, but I am going to say that the driver in van number 7 is a very poor representative for your company. As he was passing us he found it amusing to give us a dirty look after not letting us over into the lane. No we didn't try to cut him off, he literally sped up so we could not get over to exit. If that's how you employees are I will find someone else to do the work. You lost a customer just like that!

We had an additional small closet added for more storage in our primary bedroom. California Closets provided multiple design options and price points and treated our small project as if it was as important as their big custom closet projects. They were professional, affordable, timely with the installation and overall, we rate the experience very highly.
