California Pizza Kitchen at Jacksonville

If you like good Pizza, do not order there! We ordered 3 different pizzas $100 with delivery, and then we had to finde a Magnifier for our search for the ingredients on the pizzas we ordered! And on top of that worst order the crust was burnt

Would have been a 5 star if our server or any others who walked past us paid attention to us when halfway into our meal, everyone ran out of drinks and no one paid attention when we were asking for a drink. I have to tell my kids to hold off or low down eating incase they food get stuck and we don't have anything to wash it off.

My daughter chose this place for our daddy daughter date. This was our first time here as well. It was a bright atmosphere with friendly service. The Szechwan chicken dumplings were absolutely fantastic! We also had the original bbq chicken pizza and loved it. I will say it was a little heavy on the cilantro but I know that really is a personal preference. All in all, we will definitely be back as there were multiple items on the we would love to try.

Really disappointed honestly. Informed the waiter I had a gluten allergy and ordered the five cheese pizza with califlour crust and a ceaser salad with no croutons. I was brought a five cheese pizza with normal crust and a ceaser salad with croutons. Had to send the food back and then she came back with a burnt margarita pizza on califlour crust. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

We came for dinner but we couldnt enjoy. Food came late like a 1hr! Also Sierra was our waitress to service and she was very rude when she talking to us she act to us angry face.we call manager but manager he wasn't responsible for their delay pieces and waitress.even he didnt come to talk with us! This is not Acceptable.only Spanish person came to us I think he was at oven area.and apologized he was very nice and very responsible person overall we didn't like the service and behavior of the waitress do you want to let corporate know about the situation. I can not go any more there

The 5 star reviews must be by either the staff or friends of bc the food is not worth the price and the service is slow. Every time we come we think let’s try it maybe they have improved and nope. They really need a manager who manages you can tell by the quality and service is due to lack of management. This was officially the last time.

The food was delicious, it is the first time that I come to this restaurant but the service of the waiter was terrible he completely forgot about our table he did not bring us more drinks the food was spicy and we no longer had drinks we asked another waiter who brought us the drinks when the waiter came back he just left us the check and never came back until we went to pay at the cash register, it really was a disappointment.

Wow. This place is the center of the towncenter, so I expected much better. Walked in- the hostess was not to be found. Later come to find she was in the back giggling and messing around with the other workers. She finally saw us and stated she was in the bathroom, sorry. No you weren’t because we saw you in the back talking. We got seated. Saw this happen again with two more customers coming in to be seated. Again, she was nowhere to be found. Okay so the pizza. COLD. It was cold. $21 pizza paid only to be served cold. Yep will not be returning.

Your standard CPK in this town center. A perfect stop along the way from DC to Miami. Good pizza! We also had their buffalo cauliflower and it was spicy, crispy and tasty. The sauce (a ranch type dressing) was a perfect accompaniment.

You have to try the dumplings and the avocado rolls, they are amazing, I can not say the same about their pizzas, they need more flavor.

Waitress was nice and friendly but wait time was too long, especially when the place was only half full. Some of our food came cold and people that were seated after us got food before us.

Sierra was our waitress and she was very rude to us. But thank the Spanish guy came and apologized from us and he was very nice.

I love, love, love the food here, but unfortunately the service is ALWAYS horrible. Took us 30 minutes to receive our apps and one hour+ to receive ONE pizza.

The food is phenomenal I wasn’t expecting it only because I thought it was strictly pizza but this place is amazing and the service is phenomenal we had Nicole Saturday night she’s a very sweet young lady and I hope she never changes because being with rude customers can take a toll but she was so fantastic. We had a bad night and it definitely ended on a great note after dinner here so try it out it’s awesome here and affordable

OMG, ask for Violet her customer service is Outstanding! She had wonderful food recommendations! It was a great experience!

Got my food in a timely manner but my waiter did not come back to check on me after it was delivered. I had to ask another waitress for a refill. Waited a while for my check. Then had to ask the other waitress for my check. Food was okay. Restaurant was clean. Prices are good. That is why it got three stars. But slowwwwwww service from Tyler….

DO NOT RECOMMEND, WE WAITED 30MIN JUST TO GET SOMETHING TO DRINK, THEN I HAD TO TELL A MANAGER THAT OTHER PEOPLE THAT WE WERE SEATED LONG AFTER US WERE SEARVED BEFORE US, OUR WAITRESS WAS GOOD THATS ABOUT IT!

Verrry long wait for dinner due to staffing problems. First time we were ever disappointed with CPK. I asked the mgr to comp our meal, and he agreed. "I'll be back. "

Today was the second time I had lunch at the CPK and luckily for me I was able to enjoy a wonderful lunch with my daughter and wife who echoed the same experience as me.

Larry was our server today and we all had a lunch special. I wanted the spaghetti and Cesar Salad. Larry recommended the meat sauce to go with the spaghetti an excellent suggestion.

Bridget had the BBQ pizza and Baja Salad and she said it was excellent. Brooke had the Turkey club along with the Baja Salad and loved it.

Of course we tried the ButterCake and ice cream which overshadowed the Red Velvet by miles and miles. The ButterCake came out warm and was incredible. You must at least share one.

A wonderful lunch experience.

The place smells like a sewer. Food took over 40 minutes to arrive and the server didn't bother to even check on us during the whole time.
Also, the soda was flat and tasted horrible.
Never go here!
