A bi-annual preventive maintenace was completed on our A/C & Heating unit. The unit was installed by Caloosa Cooling in our new home built by Lennar. I want to share my pleasure with ERNESTO TOMAYO, the technician, that completed the preventive maintemance. He definitely exceeded my expectations! Ernesto was a gentleman from the time he rang our doorbell to when the work was complete. The work he completed was thorough, meticulous and documented with photos. My appreciation for his work raised even higher when I explained my disappointment in how frequent I experienced shut down because of water not draining porperly. Originally I was under the impression it was result of excessive algae clogging the drain. Ernesto felt that wasn't the problem so he inspected further and found my drain did no have proper downhill pitch for proper drainage. He completed a fix that we both feel will correct my probelem. Overall I give ERNESTO TOMAYO an EXCELLENT review!

Frank Chavez was our Technician. He is very professional. He is extremely knowledgable about our whole LENNOX A/C & Heating System. He diagnosed our problem and quickly made the repair. He also took time to help set up our WiFi thermostat. He also set us up with Maintenance Plan so we prevent future calls for emergency service. He also installed an Air Ionizer. Finally he set us up with connection to Power Co to get surge protection.
If all the technicians at Caloosa Cooling are as good as Frank Chavez, use them for all your A/C and Heating Services.

Horrible experience, tech came out fixed one part, took him around an hour and a half to put in 1.5 lbs of freeon and fix a conductor. He proceeded to hand me a bill for $318 even though I could tell the A/C wasn’t fixed. The tech left after getting aggressive with me, and around 2 minutes after he left the A/C started blowing warm air again. I called the office only to be told we will call you back in the morning. What terrible service and customer service. I will be disputing credit card charges and I will make sure no one I know uses Calusa every again. Also they are liars, I didn’t want anything for free. Never use these idiots

Jose Ramos did a thorough diagnostic review and was able to isolate the problem and determine a course of action. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He explained his findings using non technical terms and used analogies to help us understand.
Jose went beyond our expectations. We are delighted with the way he solved and remedied our problem. We’re also grateful that we chose Caloosa Cooling as they provided updates, communication and support along the way.
Excellent sales and installation team. All including Dave very dedicated employees! Very happy! Needed them to come back out and i almost freaked out when office told me there would be diagnostic charge 10 days after installation. Called Dave salesman, he took care of the issue. Maintenance manager (sorry did not get name) called early this am then Eric W technician came out within 6 hours fixed simple installation issue, all done and Im happy lady.
