Caloosa Pharmacy reviews
7Very unfriendly front desk staff, not a welcoming place. First time and last time.
This pharmacy is very good, especially with deliveries, they are always willing to help, they are very friendly and professional. I recommend it 100%
The worst experience with a pharmacy. I wil never recommend it to anyone.
The Pharmacists Ed, Karim, Vanessa and the entire staff are courteous, friendly, and professional. I have been using them since they opened and have spread the word far and wide, they are the BEST pharmacy in SWFL. They also compound medications to leave out the things you don't want or are allergic to. Great place to do business, think about it the next time you're in line at the big box Pharmacy drive through line. The names may change over the years but Ed's commitment to customer service has not. This is that small town Pharmacy that your parents talked about. They know you, they contact your doctors, and they remind you about your refills. When was the last time the big box pharmacies did that for you? Simply the best! They've moved to 428 Del Prado N. Located on the W side of street between Pine Island Road and eye doctor and gas station intersection. They now have WAY better parking and much easier access than their other location!
I’ve been a patient here for 3 years now. Owners/management changed and my five star review is now a one. Unbelievably rude staff and overcharged for prescriptions that were covered under health insurance. Found out through a pharmacist friend that what they told me were lies and that I should have never been charged. Sad to see such a great business go down the drain. I’m back at Walgreens now, with friendly and helpful staff.
I just moved to the area and I’m having an extremely hard time getting my ADHD medication prescription filled. While these guys couldn’t help me, they were probably the only pharmacy (I’ve tried over 20) that showed compassion for my situation. I will be back for future prescriptions for this very reason!
I have been using Caloosa Pharmacy for about 6 months. They are the BEST Pharmacy in the area! Prior to using them, I was going to CVS, the last year or so their CS has failed on all issues! They don’t answer the phone, used to be able to wait if you brought in a written script, not any more…. Come back in a hour or 2! And most aggravating they were out of the medication I am taking. The people working there, some were very nice while others were not. I just got fed up with dealing with them. A friend told me about Caloosa! I was amazed at the professionalism, no wait time and pleasant workers!
