They do not stand behind their work! Yes it’s been years since I hired them, but I am reminded daily at what $25,000 really cost me. They fixed a 360• crack and tiled over tile, however it lasted less than one year.

The Calypso pool team was professional from the start to the finish! They explained the process and executed beautifully and on time. We love our pool, it’s the main attraction of our home. I highly recommend Calypso for anyone looking to build a pool in Miami.

I never design and build a pool before, and after interviewing many companies, I was lucky enough to meet Calypso Pools and its team.
From the first call to them, to the moment their last truck left my house when the pool was ready, I was extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the product, but with the experience, professionalism, punctuality, etc.
Always available and happy to answer any of my many questions. Great to work with when you need coordination done and to manage expectations, always extremely eager to get the customer what they wanted. From beginning to end, Calypso Pool Co.provided the best possible experience to our family. Our pool project (pool, spa and decking) took about 3 1/2 months. This was amazingly quick. We were actually swimming in our pool after 2 1/2 months. Our initial contact with Calypso was with Sasha. She listened to our ideas and provided us with our pool concept with Sam. Sam, was available at all hours (including weekends) for questions we had about our pool project. He gave us great ideas/input from glass tile, plaster and paver choice, etc as if he were building the pool for himself. We wanted a very modern and unique spa and Calypso made that happen. We love the look of our pool and our family will be enjoying it for years to come. If I had to do it again, I would pick Calypso every time. I call them today to get an estimate for a new pool, the staff that pick up the phone told me initially they only do estimate online, which was fine because I already know what I wanted, then he proceed it to ask me for a survey which I reply I didn’t have one, then he told me without it he can give me and estimate even though I explain to him I was familiar with the 7.5 ft back and 5ft house setback, I had 8 ft and 12 ft of entrance on the sides and I had all the details for the pool I wanted. Hope the manager checks the review. Reviewed wasn’t based on service was based on customer service and not because he couldn’t help me but because it clearly seem he wasn’t paying attention to what I head saying.

They deliver what they promise. Building a pool is not like buying a furniture, so you need to do good homework before hiring a constructor. Everything was done according to schedule, the price was great and the timing even better. Thanks to all the team (Gladys, Luis, Jay, Sam and Michael)!
