Camden Doral Villas Apartments

Stephanie from the management office is awesome, super polite and professional, she helped me through the application process all the time, the relocation was amazing.

The neighbors are nice and the condominium is beautiful, we are just waiting to this pandemic situation finally ends to enjoy the on site amenities.

Went for a scheduled appointment to tour an apartment, waited an hour and left because they couldn't find the key to the unit. Came back today for another scheduled appointment and the office is closed for the day. The leasing office staff is obviously incompetent.

I went a couple days ago to ask for leasing information & Stephanie helped us. She was very helpful and friendly. She gave us a tour and she answered all of our questions. Great Staff!

Went to visit this property with my husband. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Even the maintenance people said hi to us and were ready to welcome us to the community. The office team were friendly, not only to us, but between each other as well. It's good to see people treating each other so well and helping each other, that's the main reason I decided to take my time and write this review. Keep up the good work!

My partner and I went to tour the property about a month ago. It looks very chill and the staff seems great. We toured with a lady name Kim, she was very friendly and no matter how many crazy questions we had, she replied with a smile on her face. The only reason we didn't rent there is cause my job moved me and we got a house in Orlando instead. Fully recommend going for a tour though.:)

Not only is Camden Doral Villas a great place to live but they have the BEST Maintenance staff ever! Felix and Ervis get things done quickly and always with a smile. They both ROCK and Camden is lucky to have them as they are truly in the front lines when it comes to customer service. Thank you both for all you do!

Nice apartment but gate is either broken or open for anyone to come in. Series of break-ins last month that could have been prevented if there were more security. Glad I did not resign lease.

It’s been a great living at Camden for 4 years and it all starts from people like Karla at the office to the maintenance department. The team they have is what makes a already good living community great. Keep up the good work guys!

We moved from another Camden property in SoFL and we are so happy we did. The neighborhood is great and quiet, lots of families, great schools, and Doral is a fun place to live. Sarah the property manager is great, she’s super sweet, always helpful, and very hands on. The maintenance guys are great, we always receive same day service on any work order requests we submit.

I've been leaving at camden doral villas for a year now and me and my son are super happy that we selected this place as our new home. This community is safe, clean and peaceful, but what values more is the cuatomer services of the administration! Karla and Yem are the best, they always provide you the best customer service and always go the extra mile to help you. Thank you Karla and Yem for everything you have done to make sure me and my son are safe and happy!

I'm very impressed with the service provided at this property. None like no other I've ever experienced. The staff is excellent. Karla is really professional and very responsive. Karla helped move my family and I in. She help make our out of state move stress-free. Best move in experience ever. She made us feel like family. Yem's very helpful as well. Both are very pleasant to deal with. Always a smile on their face and ready to help. The maintenance team here is awesome. All our needs are always met in a timely manner. The new community manger Sara seems great and a perfect addition to an already great team. My family and I are very happy here. This is a great place for families. 3 years living here and we only have great things to say. The location is very convenient, centrally located. Close to the turnpike, shops, restaurants, malls, and supermarkets. Excellent schools, where my kids are happily attending. You can't go wrong making this your new home.

I do NOT recommend this place. I live here for a couple of years and this is my summary of what I experienced:
RENT: Not only is expensive for what you get, but also prepare to get an increase every time you renew.
SAFETY: 80% of the time I lived here, the gate was broken or being repair. When it was working, they like to keep it open during the weekends. Don't know why! Also, pool and gym are usually occupied by strangers that do not abide by the rules. They drink by the pool and throw balls no matter if little kids are right there swimming. They totally bypass the “secure” gate.
CLEANLINESS: They promised us a clean apartment and I received a dusty carpet, mold in the windows, AC closet was disgusting. I took pictures to report and nothing was done. Also, because they keep the garbage exposed this place has rats. Rat traps are all over the complex. I had one incident where one rat entered my garage, it was awful!
QUITENESS: Depends on what kind of neighbors you have. I happened to have people that like to drink by their front door which is right below my master bedroom, so most nights have to wear earplugs to not listen to the music and loudness of drunk people.
FINAL BILL: End of lease bill came with great surprises. Even though we received a used wear off carpet they wanted to charge us for a brand new one, as well as other charges. If you make the mistake of living here. TAKE PICTURES before you move in!

The only positive thing I experience was the repair service, they team of handyman’s are really nice and response pretty quick to the requests.

I love this community! Always make me feel safe the leasing office and maintenance are super responsive. The homes are beautiful and is a great location, no problem with parking and the community is very quiet and clean.
Me and my family love Camden I’ll definitely recommend anyone to get a home here.

Great place to live, Amazing staff, even when we were terrified by the Hurricane Matthew, the maintenance supervisor Ricky remained calm and helped us, by providing the shutters we needed to protect the windows, Thanks a lot!

I really enjoy living in this community, there are a few things that could be improved, office and maintenance staff are always willing to help and resolve any issues.
Location is great if you have children, there are handful of public, charter and private schools to choose from.

Camden Doral really cares about their residents. The ladies working in the office have personally helped me on multiple occasions. Mrs. Rodriguez, especially, has the greatest attitude and I'm so glad she's a part of the staff at Camden. Wonderful place to live.

What a great place to live! You guys provide such a safe environment. Have lived here for three years and the staff is always helpful and maintenance staff gets the job done quickly and efficiently! I would highly recommend Camden Doral Villas to everyone. Also super pet friendly, love the new doggie park and the kids playground and bbqs are a great addition.

Love living at Camden Doral Villas! It is a beautiful, well-kept, and peaceful community. Great location for shopping, restaurants and schools! Amenities are great! 24 hour gym and resort style pool. Staff is always helpful and maintenance is always available when you need them. Units are like townhomes so this gives you a nice “home” feel. I have been a resident for almost 3 years and proud to be a Camden Employee as well!
