Camel Premium Express Car Wash, Jacksonville FL

Their "system" was acting up so we were lined up waiting to get in with it stopping on people while they were inside. They had to keep rebooting the system. There was no way to get out of line without going through the machine. We get inside and the roller that should do the front, hood, windshield and roof just touched the front, pulled up and barely touched the hood and windshield as it just went straight to the roof. WORST car wash ever and all the young lady said was "we can send you back through". Are you kidding we sat there waiting to get in, got this horrible wash and you think we want to go back in that thing while you're still having system issues? ! No thanks! I wanted a refund but my husband just wanted to leave and never go back.

Great customer service, always available when you need help or a question. Definitely will be coming back!

Its my regular wash location, overall good. Tire shines can be applied better and it would have been great if the vacuums were not a guessing game of which ones actually work.

None of the vacuums worked right, the car washing part it’s self didn't clean my car. Won’t be back

Overall great place but a few minor issues. One of the brushes didn't work in the wash several of the vacuums didn't work and the provide cleaner and rags which is awesome but the cleaner bottles was empty.

The worst car wash they vacuum are not good at all I had to move my car 4 times then I went and got a worker she talking bout let me find you a good vacuum well she lied I had to go to another car wash I HATE IT HERE

Most of the vacuums are not working but they say they are getting new ones in November 2023.

Great prices, convenient hours, and friendly staff always available. Jonathan is a great manager, he greeted me when I first started using the car wash.

This place started out as a great car wash but has now become a run down like establishment. The employees look absolutely miserable, there’s never microfiber towels available, every other vacuum is clogged and the compressed air barley has any PSI behind it. Whoever the manager is over this place needs to step up their game.

I've been to this place two times now. The first time I had to move 3 times to get a decent vacuum. The second time there was an issue with the wash so there was a bit of a wait. I went back to the same vacuum that worked for me in the past. I know these vacuums get used a lot but, it has to be done. I'll definitely give it one last try.

Great people! Here 5 times a week! Got the monthly plan! Great deal! I Uber and clean my car daily.
