Camp Run-A-Mutt Gainesville

We having been bringing our dog to Camp Run-A-Mutt for over a year now. We use them for both boarding when we travel and occasionally day camp. Mike and his team do an amazing job and we highly recommend them.

This was our first time here. My dog Max did his temperament test and I'm so glad he passed. I enjoyed watching him socialize with the other dogs. I'm truly excited to see him grow and to drop him off with peace of mind. I also love the report cardsThanks Mike and your awesome team.

My dogs name is Nena and I’m new to the area. If your a crazy dog mom like me you get nervous at every new place. When I first moved here I took her to Pet Paradise because I knew the daycare from where I previously lived. However, I decided to give Camp Run a Mut a try and I made the best decision. They get so much more play time for a fraction of the cost. The owner Mike really cared to make me feel less anxious dropping her off for the first time and clearly loves his work with the dogs. I love it so much here and officially left pet paradise to make this my go- to place. Nena loves it and feels so comfortable. I can’t tell enough dog owners to come here. They are so affordable. Im so glad I took the leap of faith to come here. Nena loves it so much! The staff is amazing and caring. They truly love the dogs and what they do. Absolutely trust this place! It’s so worth it! Nena is practically sleeping on the car ride home.

Amazing place for social dogs. All the dogs running to get inside and happy to be there. And really love the report card on their day too!

We love taking our dogs to camp! The staff there is so friendly and the dogs seem to always have a great time.

We just started camp and everyone has been pretty incredible. Mike was the first person we met live, (I had no idea he was the owner, and he didn't advertise it either- which speaks volumes and is reflected in the overall vibe of him, and the space as a whole). Our first time there, he came and sat down on the floor and with such gentleness and attention engaged with doggo, (and remained there, on the ground the entire time we checked in). Very cool.
I love the full transparency of the webcams, and availability to check in at any point. The others I've met so far all have been pretty great as well~ seems to be a theme over there.
The cage-free concept really works well for us.the opportunity to socialize, exercise, rest, and be wild while I'm doing my day is A plus!
So yes.so far, super good
Thrilled to have found a spot that's authenticity dog-centric, and who get that these guys are our family.our kiddos. And treat them as such.

Temperament test experience was excellent. Watching my dog remotely on camera is an awesome feature. Would recommend.

I have pretty active dogs so the cage free was an appealing option. There is always someone with your dog at all times. The owners are very nice and always really helpful. It is very important to note that the turf where the dogs are is above a drainage system so it is much cleaner than those without and can be cleaned to create a safer environment for your pet. Would recommend.

The owner really takes his time to talk with you about the facilities. There are cameras throughout so you can easily check on your pupper. I asked about the summer heat, and he told me they have a misting system and the employees are trained to notice if a dog is feeling heat stressed so they can bring them inside. We have only been once so far for a trial day, but we are planning on going back! Astroturf my dog can't get sick eating is also a big plus!

Me and my partner love this place. Our dog Shiva knows the road we take to drop her off and the staff love her as well. She comes back home a happy pup. It's a great cage free daycare and boarding. The prices are fantastic! Thank you for taking such good care of our precious Shiva!

I haven’t had my little girl there in over a year because I moved out of state. To this day I still think of this daycare, I have not been able to find a daycare that Kyra loves as much as this one. I’m somewhat of a helicopter mom, so leaving her at a daycare has always been a concern, but I would leave her there knowing she’s having the time of her life and being well taken care of! You guys do an amazing job!

Inexpensive nail trims, many products for sale for animals and humans, and very friendly staff.

This place is amazing! Moving back to Gainesville for a new job and a 6 month puppy I was not sure what to do. The staff has been great with helping transition Darcy to his new routine. Darcy loves going to camp and the transparency with the mutt cam lets me relax at work and not worry.

I can't say enough how much I love this place, my dogs love going! One has some anxiety problems that we're working on but they are so patient with him, I couldn't ask for anything more. 100% recommend taking your dogs here!

I love bringing my shepherd here for grooming! Its cage free so I don't have to worry about my dog getting nervous. They do a thorough job of cleaning and combing so I don't have to worry about shedding for at least a week!

I haven't tried doggie daycare yet, but the dogs look happy as can be!

The owners and employees treat your pups like family. They see the love we share for them as if they are little humans being dropped off for camp. I use protection for my doggies paws because they can play too hard. I can ask the team to feed them w/ food I leave, or check their paws, and they report on the dogs conduct. Plus you can see them on the "Mutt-Cams, " which is reassuring to see my pups play and relax. Love it here.

They're always ready and willing to answer questions. My pup loves his time at camp too!

This place is AWESOME! The staff is super nice and friendly and the facilities are clean and well kept. They have a live feed video in all of their dog yards and it’s super fun to watch our dog run and play all day. The yards all offer shade and water and all of the dogs are very well behaved. You’ll have to undergo a behavioral test in order to take your dog here.
