Campbell Property Management - Port St. Lucie

This company is the so called property manager for Verona Trace in Vero Beach. There are so many violations in this neighborhood that they do nothing about. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I don’t know how that stay in business the way they operate.

We have a new property manager, Lisa Paparella at LakePark in TownPark. On a few occasions, I’ve had to email her about some issues we’ve had. Even when I had to reach out on a weekend, I received a prompt and courteous response. The issue was handled quickly and professionally. Thank you, Lisa.

Ms. Lisa Paparella has been most helpful to us in having rust stains removed from the front of our property. There is more work needed, but Lisa has assured me it will be taken care of shortly. I thank her for her promptness, professionalism and follow-up.

From the first day that I moved to Bent Creek Shantelle Mills was just wonderful. She took care of all of my questions and requests in a caring and professional manner. Since I have been here I have made several visits to her and she has just been a wonderful help to me. I don't know what I would have done without her courtesy and caring kindness. Anthony Lyons has helped me several times. He is a lovely young man who is considerate and always willing to help. I don't know how I would have been able to get everything accomplished without them. I look forward to a great relationship with both of them in the future. Kudos to Campbell for this wonderful staff.

I live in the bent creek community and I've been here since March 2020. Shantelle Mills has been very professional and helpful and always has a smile on her face when I see her. Anthony Lyons is a nice kid and is hard worker. Rey Valdes is polite and a pleasure to talk to. I appreciate all their hard work.

Great management company if your a builder. As a HO, as expected, their intetest is for and with the builder. Realistically, should of known this before buying into Canopy Creek.

Our HOA recently transitioned to Campbell. We have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of the entire Campbell team. Blakely, our PM, is doing a great job with both the daily tasks and the projects that help us move the community forward. As treasurer I have been especially pleased with the back-office services that Campbell provides. Rebecca, our accountant is very knowledgable in HOA accounting and provides timely financial information and is always readily available to help us quickly answer difficult questions.

Are very pleased and happy with the professional and courteous service that we received from Mr. Tom Selenis from day one since we moved in to our unit.

When we first met Tom he was very polite and helpful, given us a tour of our club house and amenities, specially the Gym where he showed me how to use some equipment.

He has been very helpful and instrumental in resolving some issues we had with our unit that we purchased last year on Oct 24,2018

We applied and were approved to tile our front balcony, and extent and tile our rear patio, Tom help us with both applications, making it easy and less stressful.

Also had an issue with a stump on the back of the townhouse and is was removed today the hole sodded.

Both my wife and I believe Tom Selenis is a very positive and valuable asset for Campbell Property Management.

Shantelle is very helpful, she always go above and beyond for all the residents. She always has a smile on her face.

Rodney, Cinthya, Tami, and Jazmin have been wonderful to work with. They have all been very professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful whenever needed. On several occasions, they have gone above and beyond to assist and to meet the needs of the residents.

Just letting you know how happy we are with the service that our Property Manager provides. Tom Selenis is a person who cares for the residents and the property. When bringing an issue to Toms attention, he has taken the time to listen and brings the issue to a close. I find it refreshing and so important to have someone who really cares, works hard and gets the job done.
