I took in my motorhome for repairs all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Especially Brandon he treated me like family. I would recommend campers inn to everyone.

Great service on my RV! I needed a new awning installed on my class C RV. Great service from the parts department on ordering all the components needed. They were able to install the new awning in one day! Great service from all the people at Campers inn! Great service! I highly recommend them!

My husband and I visited this location and could not have been more impressed by the way in which Ken Goethals treated us. He spent an enormous amount of time with us, explaining in detail the differences in construction of each rig. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to answer all our questions in detail. He was not in a hurry to help someone else. What a pleasure to work with a business with no high pressure to sell.

I have had the need for service twice in the last 9 months for my RV. I was told by a friend that the service dept.at this Campers Inn West was special. I had less than adequate service at other RV dealers so I chose to drive the 70 miles to this Campers Inn West. Suffice it to say that as long as I own an RV I will happily drive the extra miles. To say that I am pleased with the attention to detail, the professionalism, the sincere desire to make their customer happy is an understatement. Mark us down as a very happy camper!

Their service department has really kicked it up a notch! Brandon was in constant communication during my repairs and when we picked it up there was a new problem that was not on the service order. Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable about helping us find the right camper for my husband and I. Clyde does the finances and he is very on top of it. They both are very down to earth. We went to this location off General Ave today to get a better idea on what camper vans looked like in person as my mother is retiring and wants to travel. We met a man named Jack, he was nice at first but once he heard the price point we wanted to stay at, his attitude changed. He didn't say anything specifically but you could tell he was over it. His manager had him take us to look at vans in person and you could tell he got even more frustrated. We took a golf cart to look at the vans and he was speeding even with 2 little boys under the age of 4 (we were holding on for dear life) I understand that these people work on commission but the customer service skills need some work. My mother was so excited to have this experience and Jack ruined it. We were going to come back once we had the down payment but I can tell you we will not. ** I pray God helps Jack find his happiness because it's clearly not customer service.

Ken Goethals helped us to narrow down exactly what kind of RV we needed. His expertise in listening and knowing his inventory also helped us to narrow down which RV would be busy for us. He was very helpful and treated us we kindness and respect.

The team at Campers Inn of West Jacksonville were a pleasure to work with! No pressure sales and thorough service. Even the Independent RV Inspector commented numerous times about how helpful and great the service team was. We feel we received the best unit for our needs at a fair price. We’ll be back after some exploring!
