Don't be fooled by these irresponsible people. On the phone, they said "We work with ANY credit score! ". I worked really hard to get my credit score on the higher side. My co-applicant had a lower score but a higher income. We told them about all the income and credit factors before we applied to avoid damaging my score and they assured us it wouldn't be a problem. Never heard from them, then get an email they can't accept the lower credit scores from the co-applicant. Don't be fooled by their typical salesman misinformation. Dinged my credit so some guy could get a commission.

Thanks to Dan and Dave for getting us set up in our new Embrace EL 210. They both did a great job.

What I like about this RV dealer unlike optimum RV the salesman didn't ask me where my husband was? That irks me because I'm the one who has bought our six RVs that we have owned. He listened to what I was looking for not what he wanted to sell so I appreciate that hopefully it works out but there's a reason my husband and I don't live together and this afternoon coming home and dealing with him unfortunately prove that point again.

I am not from the area and called looking for help with my LP gas system that was not working. When I told the woman on the phone that I had exchanged my LP tanks a couple days prior and the system hasn't worked since then, she rudely asked why I would do that rather than fill them. She also told me that the exchanged tanks won't work because the regulator is different (which come to find out is not true). She was then very quick to sternly tell me that their service dept is booked out 3 weeks and I'd have to wait. I told her I'm not from the area and leaving in 2 weeks, currently living in my camper, and need help before then (as in, "What should I do? "). The woman continued to be short with me on the phone and said there was nothing they could do. I understand if your service department is booked up quite a ways out, but have some compassion and treat others the way you'd want to be treated. I didn't intentionally sabotage my LP gas system. The next place I called was very kind and tried to help me trouble shoot while on the phone.

We would not recommend Campers Inn of Ocala. The Service Dept.communication is terrible very hard to get anyone to answer the Phone or call you back. We brought our travel trailer in for a new axle and when we picked it up we had a mice infested trailer. Our trailer was a mess inside from all the mice damage. We talked to the General Manager Robert Bentley about it no sorry nothin. Your on your own not our fault. Also asked Mr. Bentley to see their rodent control program and they don't have one so no wonder we got mice in our trailer.

Best choice we ever made. We could not be more thankful and ecstatic over our experience with campers inn but especially with Frank, Scott, Dave and Rodger’s attention to detail and care for us! They took their time, spent every minute making sure we even asked the right questions! I value my relationship with them and this company! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a couple issues that needed to be addressed and the service department handled it Immediately. They even went above and beyond and did a second walk through with me so that I understood everything and how everything operates. Will definitely recommend Campers Inn. If you need service on your Rv/trailer give them a try.

Allen and the whole team at Camper Inn Ocala are really good. I see a BLACKFRIDAY deal on their website and contact Allen. He gives us the next day appointment. When I and my husband comes in, he takes time to showing us all the campers on the site which are all at my budget and similar to the model that I wanted to buy, so I could have a better vision to compare the price range and the camper style/ model that I like best. Allen is very patient to answer all of my questions and walking me through the whole process of choosing the right camper to buy for our family needs. I am appreciate his boss is willing to negotiate and gives me a good deal. The financial person Mr Scott is easy to work with too. I like to do business with Camper Inn Ocala team. Every one is very nice and helpful. No feeling of pressure or forcing you to get in a deal. I am highly recommend this place for your campers/RV shopping and purchase. Refer my name Lina with Allen. Very pleased with our new 5th wheel and the walk through that was provided to us. The service department has been helpful with the couple of small issues that needed to be addressed. Would definitely recommend Campers Inn.

I have been a RV owner since 2003 and can say without reservation that the Service Dept.at Campers Inn of Ocala is first class. I have had service work performed there on several occasions and have always been satisfied. Ron, the Service Mgr.is always available and helpful. He listens, answers questions, gets you in and out in a reasonable time and makes certain your problems are resolved. The service technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Matt has been particularly helpful. He knows his stuff and is very through. He listens, explains things and makes sure the problem is solved. All in all, they treat you like they care. They will always have my business.

Carl Caringella helped us and was extremely honest and awesome about showing us around. I highly recommend them instead of that garbage place across the street and go talk to Carl. He'll be honest and won't waste your time.

I purchased my fifth-wheel from Campers Inn of Ocala late last year. The buying experience was great and I felt like Carl (my sales rep) was working for me. Since then, I have visited the service department for minor issues. Ron has been great to work with and is always extremely helpful and accommodating. When Ron is unavailable, Mike steps in and provides the same superior customer service. I am so pleased that I chose to do business with them and would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

We are just beginning our search for an RV and stopped in yesterday to check out a few we had seen online. What a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere is relaxed, no "high pressure" tactics, just friendly, professional, informative people who want to help in your search.
