Josh, in sales, was very professional. Josh Met us as we entered Camping World and welcome us and ask if he could be some assistance. Very personable! Josh answered all of our questions.

I'm only giving two stars because of the exceptional response, care, detail and effort given to us by our salesman Tim Sexton. He was wonderful to us and did all he could to assist with our issues. However, the camper had a slide out issue, brand new.camper was delivered after the "fix" still broken. Floor repair looked like a 6 year old colored it with a crayon, it was obvious and a complete eye sore. Then we had to take the trailer back for the power jack not working, picked it up.still broken! So, we were forced to wait as we have a near two hour drive. My fiance' went in for a parts repair and the service team had attitude, but poor Tim was running around trying his best to help us. Last but not least, when buying the camper, finance is sure there to help you, however when trying to get a refund on the extended warranty, they are never available. I was emailed paperwork to complete only to find out it has to be the dealer. I'm still waiting that return phone call and it has been weeks. It's like it's a joke to them and they just don't care. They sold it, that's all they were worried about. I'll never again purchase from here and so glad we purchased our new fifth wheel from a mom and pop dealer who has showed up at our campsite twice to help us in time of need.

We brought our RV for service and the service department at the summerfield store is amazing. Dillon and Ashley were beyond helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Camping world is the best place! We bought our camper just last month everyone was super friendly helped me pick out the best one to fit my family. The gm was very nice and helpful with all my questions I had! I really recommend camping world and will be using them in the future!

My sister and I bought an RV and we brought it to camping world of ocala for maintenance and we also needed some electrical repaired. I am so glad we went to this location. We met with Dillon, Rob and David. All 3 were wonderful to work with. I will be back for any maintenance/repair needs in the future.

I was truly impressed by the place by not only the broad scope of choices on Campers but mostly impressed by the spectacular customer service provided. Especially from Dillon and Ashley in the service department. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I was working with a tight budget and was a little stressed about not being able to afford a particular part for my current camper. They said it was no issue at all and they will make sure to get me the best price, guaranteed. Which they did! Because they both got me such a great deal, I am able to use some of the extra cash i had left over to take my wife out to Chilis this Friday for the 2 for 25 special. We have bought several RVs before today. However, we must say this was the best overall experience we have ever had. Our Sales person, Allen OShea, was the best ever. The Delivery Staff led by Tracey and her staff were terrific, The Service Technicians, Steve and Ben were very knowledge and were terrific to work with.

We would highly recommend the Team at Camping World, located in Summerfield, Fl.

Buying my camper from Allen Oshea at Camping World of Ocala was a fantastic experience! I am a first timer and had a lot of questions and wasn't really sure what kind of camper I really needed. Highly do not recommend this Camping World for sales or service. I suspect poor training and lack of quality leadership will continue to make for unexceptable customer service from this dealer. I made the hours long drive to drop off my 2021 5th wheel at their request only to be called the next day with them requesting that I return to pick it up. I was quoted 6 weeks for service over the phone and then 3 weeks for service in person. When I requested to speak to a manager about the misunderstanding about dropping my camper off they said one would not be available for over 1 week. When I became visibly upset upon returning on a hours long trip to retrieve my camper after they told me to leave it they magically found the manager for me to speak with. She offered to keep the unit because of the confusion which would have worked for me had I not already driven several hours over 2 days. She also explained that it didnt matter that it was a new unit or that I had spent nearly 100k at this Camping world in the last year. From a business owners perspective I cannot understand their way of thinking. I will take my business to someone who values money spent. I was very happy with our previous 2019 coachman camper but was concerned that the drive for service would be too long if it ever required it. As it turns out it is actually better driving a little further to get much better service from campers inn.
