Campus Palms Apartments / College Town @ USF, Tampa FL

This is a good place to live. They have good deals on rooms and its within walking distance to USF.

I really love my townhouse! Everyone on the staff and maintenance is super nice and they solve problems quickly. Everyone in Campus Palms are patient and understanding. I would recommend anyone to live here ️

The management and the staff are the mere perks of this place. It is close to USF and other Go-to-weekly things. Overall Great!

I would like to praise there fast response to all Maintenance issues. Management is also great with handling problems, particularly Jessica. The complex is calm, no parties and no loud noises. It's not pricy compared to other complexes.

I have been living here since August 2020 for my senior year as a student at USF. The prices for a 3 person apartment were lower than anything else we had seen in the area, the the common areas and bedrooms are also bigger than a lot of other student apartments. Has been clean and quiet so far, and I like that there is a gate at the front for security. Maintenance staff has always been very nice and helpful as well.

I have been living here for about half a year and haven't had a bad experience yet. It's really close to campus and the apartment itself is really nice. It's really clean and I like that we have a gas stove. The staff is also very nice and always willing to help you.

Over the year of living in the Buccaneer Palm style apartment I have appreciated the quick response to maintenance requests and the office has been very receptive and helpful in any questions or needs.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They work with you until any problems or issues you may have are resolved. I enjoy that it is a gated community with very nice security on duty at all times. The facilities are great as well!

Great place to live, safe and clean community. The apartments are great and maintenance is quick. Spacious living near campus and all the shopping facilities. There's a bus station right across the street to take you to all over Tampa. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good and affordable housing near USF.

Great place to live if you go to USF, but my main issues are termites in the kitchen cabinet, bed is too low, and my carpet was not cleaned. Beside that, everything is straight.

I have been living at this place since 2016 and I still feel secure and at home. They always clean the complex, and the staff at the office are always helping no matter the situation. If you call for repairs, they will take care of it in less than 24 hours. I love campus Palm apartment and thank you to you all for making feel home and safe ️️️

This is about the best student apartment around usf by miles. Friendly and helpful front desk, top-notch and responsive maintenance department and very serene environment. I personally love the way the recreation center is set up.

Great staff, immediate responses. They ensure that your stay will be adequate above measure. 10/10 would lease again.

Had termites from April until move out. 4 months of a bug infestation and the leasing office was not helpful at all. Everyone thinks this apartment is fine for it's price until termite season comes around and wings and other droppings cover your stuff every morning for months. They said it would take three treatments after it had already been a couple months of emailing every time we saw bugs.

Edit: Campus Palms suggested we pay to move to a 3x3 apartment with a roommate potentially and it was not guaranteed to be without bugs as well. Also I uploaded time stamped pictures of termites on July 29th. The problem was never solved.

Great place with great value for student.
I am living in a 2-2 apartment with my friend. I am in the bigger room and it is perfect for my needs. My roommate take the smaller one and the room is a little small but it doesn't really matter. She set up her study table in the living room so the sleeping area can become a little bigger.
The service is great, if you have any problem, the apartment actually try to fixed it or come with a solution, which is very great compare to some other apartment just take your note as a note!

Campus Palm is definitely a great place with a very reasonable price for students. I live here for more than a year in a largest 3x3 floor plan. It is super convenience and there is always parking! The community is gated with 24/7 security guards. Staff and maintenance members here are always friendly and professional.

Had multiple bug issues and termites for months while management was unhelpful to ever fix the issue even after claiming that they had not finished the treatments that takes way less than several months. There was an infestation of termites till the last day I was there after months of reporting issues.

In response to the statement that there was not an infestation at the apartments this is simply false. I have talked to multiple people before I moved out and after who stated that their apartments had termites as well. And the offer to move to another apartment in the complex was useless as they stated it would cost more and I would potential have to live with someone who I didn't know even when my roommate and I had the previous apartment only to us. Even if I had moved rooms there was no guarantee that there would not be termites in the next apartment either. Also the statement that I made no "work orders" after June is disingenuous as I repeatedly went to the office to try to resolve the issue as emails had not resolved the issue.

Very nice gated community I absolutely love the pools and the student clubhouse where I’m able to do my schoolwork freely

I've lived in a 3x3 apartment and a townhouse for the past three years and its been a great living experience. Very close to the USF Campus and the amenities are great.

Campus is a gated community. This is my third year living over here. They provide the quick and excellent servicing. Staffs are courteous. But, during the rainy season, I find the termite problems in my apartment and they try really hard to fix this issue with different chemicals. But, it repeats again in different places inside the apartment. I will recommend campus Palms to get a proper solution for termites. Other than that, it's totally fine. I would definitely recommend for any student looking for an affordable and safe place.
