CAMPUS USA Credit Union, Alachua FL

I've been a member of Campus USA since 1991 when I came to college at UF. From the beginning, they have provided excellent customer service but Arianna Jones at the Jonesville location has taken the experience of having a personal banker to a whole new level. She always follows up, lets me know about special events, and is always cheerful and eager to help.

Tiffany was fantastic in helping me with new accounts. Very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Promote this person.

Tiffany is awesome. She went over and above to help me with my car loan app set up and payments etc. So knowledgeable and friendly and patient. 10 stars for her!

Excellent customer service and support at the Alachua branch of Campus. Karsyn K.matched an online CD rate for me and set up my account with ease, I recently renewed and the experience was even quicker. I am extremely satisfied with the services Campus’ app offers, and with the in person experiences I have had with the wonderful staff at the Alachua branch.

The staff at Alachua branch are professional friendly and helpful. It has been my bank for many years and I never had an issue with them.

I don’t usually take the time to post reviews, however when my daughter and I were leaving Campus USA Credit Union today, we were discussing how amazing our experience is every time we visit the Alachua branch, and how we wished that every place of business cared as much about their customers to treat them with the same kindness and respect as the staff at Campus and that we should post reviews to let others know! Every Campus employee, at each branch, is always amazing but Karsyn, at the Alachua branch, stands out as she always makes such a great impression and makes me feel like I am a VIP with Campus!

CAMPUS USA is where I have been banking for a long time. I love going into the Alachua Branch when I need to get anything done. Everyone who works there is very friendly and personal. I usually speak with Karsyn and she goes above and beyond to help me and answer any questions that I have.

The Alachua branch has always been great, and Karsyn is also great to work with! Her customer service skills are top notch, and she always works quickly to respond to any questions or requests. Campus USA is the best credit union, I’ve banked there for over 30 years. They haven’t lost the personal touch that most banks have. It’s nice to still be able to speak with someone local and to work with the same banker if you want to. Everyone in the Alachua branch is so friendly and welcoming, I actually enjoy going inside when I need to. Karsyn has helped me out the last few times inside and at the window and she really goes above and beyond and always explains everything well. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank.

Amazing service! I cannot recommend Tiffany enough. She is the best! She helped me set up a checking account, get a credit card, we went over my finances, and gave me great insight on faster ways to pay off my mortgage. She will give you honest advice that will benefit you and your financial needs. In addition I had a car loan through campusa in which shortly after my car got totaled. I owed A LOT on it and GAP only paid off a few thousand dollars. I told Tiffany about this and she managed to get the loan off my credit entirely. As I said, I cannot recommend her enough. She is the reason why I love this bank and will continue to bank here for years to come.

I have banked with Campus USA for three decades, my Dad helped me open my first account when I was 16 and saving up to buy my first car. In the many years since, they’ve helped me to finance three cars, two homes, and all of our family’s personal & business checking & savings accounts.

In January 2019 the VP of Consumer Lending, Ross, connected me with Ariana Jones to help with one of my accounts, explaining that she was among the very best at Campus USA (for many years I’ve had stellar experiences with Ross Jones & David Barber, my interactions with other staff have been mixed and sometimes even disappointing). Ariana is *amazing*.

Since Ross connected us, I’ve banked exclusively with Ariana – she has outstanding customer service skills, she truly cares and goes above & beyond to get things done. Countless times she has replied to my emails or taken my calls after-hours. The fact that her branch is 30 minutes away in Alachua is no deterrent as she makes it easy to complete transactions online, via email, and is available to speak by phone. This review would be pages long if I were to list the many times she’s gone out of her way to be of help– in ways that other Managers would have shrugged off. For example:
-She stayed long after closing time over a holiday weekend to help with the closing of an auto-loan to get it done before the dealership was closing for a Hurricane warning
-She helped to forecast how taking on a loan for home repairs might impact my credit score (assuring me it’d remain over 800)
-During the COVID shut downs in Spring 2020 she made it possible for me to get a document signed by two witnesses & notarized – all masked, curbside (and it was raining that day)
-She brought the technical team together to sort out an account-sync problem
-She calculated the amortization schedule of a past loan, by hand, when the system was down and I needed the records for tax purposes

In short, Ariana is incredibly conscientious, capable, bright, expert, hard-working, prompt, determined, thoughtful, kind, and personable professional– she does whatever it takes to get things done. I was delighted to see that she was promoted to Service Center Manager last Spring as she is a remarkably competent & compassionate leader.

5 stars are not sufficient for Ariana’s exemplary customer care & professionalism.

Working with Ariana Jones was an absolute pleasure, primarily due to her genuine passion for promoting financial literacy among young children. She exhibited remarkable professionalism and educational expertise throughout!
