Campus is always very helpful when you have questions or don’t understand something. Everytime we have been in the Silver Springs location it has always been fantastic. They are the reason we chose Campus when we moved here to be our bank.

Amazing! I personally deal with and only with Annette in the Ocala branch loan department. I've been a member for about 5 years and I love it! Annette from the Ocala branch recently got me an Auto loan approved within 2 hours. Just truly ABOVE and BEYOND! I truly appreciate everything she did. I always have a great experience working with Campus. Not only did they give me an excellent rate to refinance my car, but everytime I go through the drive thru there is a teller named Jenny who is always smiling and happy to help, she goes out of her way for me, remembers my name and always treats me with kindness and respect. Hometown banking at it its finest.

I have never felt more unwanted or unwelcomed in a business. Maybe it's because I'm white. I feel like the lady just wanted to tell me that they don't do business with white people. I wish I could leave a lower review

After getting a truck loan here they solicited me to open a checking account. I had my company direct deposit my check for the first time two days ago. Friday my debit card worked and also Saturday morning until I had a buggy full of groceries at Publix my card wasn’t working anymore. Campus USA has no customer service on Saturday or Sunday and couldn’t do anything about it until member services opens on Monday. Finally I went to the ATM and was able to pull my money out although the ATM, the app and the website which I accessed through my home computer, none of them had an accurate transaction log of my purchases. Definitely a joke of a bank when you can’t access your own money and nobody to get ahold of to fix it. I just closed my account at Chase on Friday just to turn around and reopen it.

This branch is always so helpful! Today I had to get somethings for my teenage son and Laurel was so helpful, talking him through and getting it done! Thank you Campus for being the hometown bank and servicing our community so well!

Very disapointed been banking with them for years have 3 account with them between me and my wife, also use them for a shared branch account used nite drop box in the past, suddenly wont take my deposit because it was nite dropp for a shared branch account, took it several times before guess it times to close my accounts and go with someone who ejoys there customers, fed up!

Dont even bother with these lenders. They are the absolute worst to deal with on all levels. Their website is garbage, they dont communicate anything with you at all. Super predatory and quick on the draw to put you in collections. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Been a pleasure to have them as a bank. I left bank of america to go to campus and glad I moved my money

Still overall pleased with my service. I just wasn't fully aware that this credit union will do a hard pull on your credit to open a checking or savings account with them.
My experiences with this credit union have been very positive. I would recommend!
