Very trashy place. Looks like government housing and ran by grace market place for homeless people

They were doing some construction in the parking lot so it was difficult to get in and out of that part of the complex until it's done it wouldn't be fair to give a review on that part. Overall it was clean and the tenants that I did meet outside all seem nice.
