Wonderful location and very clean and spacious.the only issue i had was not being able to smoke on the property anywhere but that is a ME problem.i dont blame them for not wanting anyone to smoke on property. I highly recommend

The second bathroom door was locked from the inside when we arrived. The washer/dryer took 6 hours to complete on a small load. Dining room chairs were metal. 2 of the four cable boxes worked. The view was great and the pool was very nice, but with a little money invested it could have been real nice.

#truereview. They thought of everything. Spacious and convenient to the beach. Nice a/c. Super clean. Multiple balconies overlooking the beach. Big comfortable needs. Modern furnishings. Very well kept.

1 working elevator for 6 months. Bottom barrel. Often pool closings in the morning due to dogs in the pool amongst other things.

Great Condos, clean, friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Only complaint is only one of the elevators working for the entire building and it was very small.

Love the security of the place had some family stay here, but we visited, and yeah, the condo was nice a little overpriced. But its florida.

CT has been a frequent family destination. Much work has gone into the building, but there is still some significant maintenance to be done - most significantly to the elevators which are extremely unreliable and experience out of service periods (with 9 storeys and only one - and sometimes no elevator working - this can be a major issue.

Shuffle board court needs repainting and new equipment and many of the banisters in the stairwells need replacing.

It’s a challenge with the weekly rentals mixed in but hopefully the building will get the TLC it deserves as many folks still call it home.
