Great hotel great rooms beds are amazing i booked 3rd party so I of course got a good deal even if I paid full price it’s well worth every dollar

Pet friendly? Ya sure. They make you cage up an animal if you stay here. Also if for any reason they get 2 noise complaints for any kind of noise they will kick you out even after spending $1200 for for over a week.
So if you enjoy having your pets locked up while you go out then this is the place for you, if not then please find somewhere else that doesn’t MAKE you cage up any animal!

We had an unfortunate experience at another hotel that required a cancellation and we had to find another place to stay. Sherica helped us get settled in and the cost/amenities were spectacular! Definitely bookmarking this place to visit again next time we're in the area.

Besides the newness and excellent condition of the hotel, the staff are amazing people. Nice pantry to buy foods and snacks, decent gym with dumbells and free laundry room, don't have to be looking for those quarters every time you need to do laundry.

We were very pleased with our four days. Clean and comfortable and a kitchen Oh their laundry is free to use. WOW

The room was nice. I choose the hotel due to the kitchen for the ability to cook in the room. I am disappointed breakfast is not provided in Candlewood but I understand why. The gym is good to do something physical but not a full service gym. The staff is friendly and room service is attentive.

Priceline really messed up my booking and refused to do anything to help me. I had booked with Holiday Inn Express because Priceline/Booking had it listed has pet friendly. It’s not. I talked with Samoya (spelling?) at the hotel. She was amazing. I can’t say enough positive about her. All of their service was really great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only negative is that the pet fee wasn’t disclosed until I checked in and it almost doubled the cost of the room. $75 for a pet fee is too much when the base rate of the room is $84. But I was so grateful for the assistance and EXCEPTIONAL customer service that I ate it.

All the staff and I mean literally all the staff, front desk, cleaning, everyone was great from my check in to my late checkout which they accommodated me. My room was extravagant, clean, everything in working condition. Housekeeping took extra initiative to place my items in the bathroom neatly going that extra mile. All of my questions were answered. That is a great staff there. Thank you all so much!

The room was nice and clean. Very relaxing. Staff was courteous and helpful. The only thing I did not know and it wasn't advertised is that it is pet friendly. Please advise of this as people like myself can not be close to animals.

Very clean place, very nice rooms, good people working there. I would have came them five stars but they need to have better wi-fi so it's kind of slow

Made reservations for a two night Stay traveled over a thousand miles and when we arrived they cancelled our reservation without any call. I asked the front desk if I could still stay at property even though the reservation was cancelled that day the front desk representative said they were sold out. This was late in evening and not know the area no one was educated to provide any assistance on where else in area I could call! Horrible experience! Also emailed management after leaving the property with no response.

The hotel was very clean and neat. I always clean my room myself upon arrival and normally I find many rooms are not as clean as they appear. This room however was very clean and the area seemed fairly safe. Upon my departure Fanisha and Cynthia were pleasantly accommodating. They are managing this hotel very well and I am grateful for their hard work! Thank you!

This Hotel was one of the best I’ve been to. Whether you’re going to Destin or Ft. Walton it’s in the Middle of it all! Clean, friendly and a Full Size Fridge! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks
