Our hard working crew of 13 guys spent 2 weeks working on an event on Indian Creek Island.
They deserved a relaxing day on the water and Miami Yacht Rentals delivered exactly that!
I arranged this from the west coast and Eddie was very responsive to all my emails, texts and phone calls to help me put together an awesome day for the guys. Since our schedule was a moving target I was most impressed with the flexibility offered us.
Yacht, jet skis and food were all excellent. Even provided parking for our crew van.

Edo and his crew come highly recommended they took very good care of me my family and friends. They made sure we had everything we needed and took us to a small island where we dropped anchor and just enjoyed or ourselves. We also stopped by the sandbar just to see what it was about. The yacht is super clean and up to date. Most of all Edo is very knowledgeable of the Miami area and is very professional. You won’t be disappointed booking with him.

My husband took me to Miami for New years eve 2022, New Years day and my birthday (Jan 2nd). We found captain Eddie booked the trip and had an amazing time! His yacht is beautiful, and clean he let us bring food snacks and drinks and he even provided a bottle of champagne! He let us connect our playlist to the surround sound speakers and we jammed into the night. When it got dark the beautiful blue lights came on just made the experience feel even more amazing. Captain Eddie was so nice down to earth and professional. I will always contact him if I'm ever back in Miami. If you are contemplating using him, dont! You'll have an amazing time! I'll be back in Miami this summer for a girls trip and this time the girls will take over the yacht

My friends and I rented 3 jet skis for an hour ride. Once we arrive to the bay, one of our jet skis was going half for the other jet skis speed. The instructor told us the jet ski was rebuilt because it was in an accident, that’s why it’s not going fast. He switch jet skis but the newly acquired one started giving some error codes and the brake/reverse was not working at all. The instructor had to re-exchange the jet skis and my friend was stuck with a jet ski going half the speed than the others. Because of all those problems, we only got 30 minutes of free driving. My other friend got his leg slapped by a metal hook that was not attached properly from his jet ski while he was driving it. Mine had a ripped rubber piece dangling in the water that could of got into the turbine but my instructor told me not to worry about it. Once the ride was finished, we asked the guy that brought us to the bay for a partial refund for
1. The jet ski going only half the speed. He told us that it was tuned down for insurance but it was a complet lie since all the others were going twice it’s speed.
2. The metal hook accident. He told us he can do an insurance claim, but we got no time to deal with insurance companies during our vacation.
3. The reduced time of free driving due to all those mechanical problems in the beginning, we drove for max 30 min. He told us we drove for an hour and was completely closed on our explanations about the mechanical problems in the beginning.
We paid 480$ and he only decided to refund 60$. We asked for a 100$ refund, which was very understandable for all those problems imo but he wouldn’t admit his failure to deliver the promised service. We dislike our experience with that company and we do NOT recommend them to anyone. Their boss was masked with a balaclava the whole time and would not remove it to talk to us at the end. Pretty sure he didn’t want to reveal his identity. Overall, sketchy, poor and bad service.

My family and friends booked with Cangri Yacht rentals for Memorial Day and what a pleasant and amazing experience. Although we faulted in arriving a little after the scheduled booking Eddie and his crew were accommodating and understanding. The yacht was very clean, the music system was incredible and the lighting which was noticeable more in the night time was unreal. We felt safe, we had fun and couldn’t have asked for a better cruise. Thank you, thank you, Thank you. Definitely booking my next trip with you guys.
