Dr. Jarvis and his nurse were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Their office was beautiful and very professional and clean. I highly recommend CannaMD. Even Kelsi, the coordinator that called me to set up my appointment and explain the process and timeline, was amazing.
Everything went by without any last minute surprises.now im just waiting for delivery of my card.but having to wait 10 days is too damn long.speed up my card please!
Very Quick. I was super anxious because this place is literally 12 floors up on the last floor. Not the best feeling. Dr. Zhang was fast and honest. If you're not scared of heights its a very quick pleasant process.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional as it pertained to everything that I needed to know about cannabis and their services. I sincerely thank everyone involved for getting me started and sending on the path to being pain free.
The staff and doctor were very approachable, there was no wait beyond my appointment time, and the doctor provided very good information about the use of various types of marijuana strains and delivery systems. He also explained the steps to apply to the State. I highly recommend CannaMD.
I suspect the office is new because the front end staff was unprofessional and rude. The medical assistant who did my intake was pleasant. The doctor was friendly and patient as I asnwered his questions. Overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic service, easy, quick, cheaper than the others; they even take care of your registry with the FL Compassionate Use people They make sure your card doesn't expire.they do it for you once you sign on with them. My card had expired in June, I saw Dr Zhang at CannaMD yesterday afternoon, and today my card is updated and I can shop! I highly recommend their friendly and very competent service! No BS or extra fees.
