Waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor even tho I had an appointment. Patients that came after me being seen before me. Never coming here again. The Kendall location is better.
Have had them for YEARS and they never get your medication correct. Better speak spanish because they call and leave messages in spanish when you tell them not to. Never get calls back about anything.especially medication that is necessary to live. I would NEVER tell anyone I cared about to go and see these terrible, awful people. Please stay away from CANO.they will gladly leave you with no refills, medication for conditions you don't have and ignore your calls and emails for MONTHS before you just give up and go see an urgent care provider.
In a nutshell, its terrible and you deserve good care, this is not the place where you will find it. Please do not come here. I have been a part of a military family my entire life and moved around, never to witness how terrible a place can be until I went here. Do yourself a favor and don't come to Cano.
Waited a couple of hours to see doctor even thou I had an appointment. Patients that got here after me went in before me. Nurses kept telling me doctor was busy. I’m going to look for a new health group, these people only take care of their buddies
