Cano Health - Orlando

I’m complaining about the one in Conway. My dad had an appointment at 9am and didn’t see the doctor until 1022am. My mom had an appointment at 4pm doctor Figueroa passed her on to another doctor and that new doctor didn’t put in my mom medication prescription, so we had to call the next day to try and get the name of the medicine and have them put the prescription at the pharmacy. If you make an appointment with one doctor we don’t want another we one the doctor we make an appointment with and we expect our prescription to be filled in properly.

Service is very poor.very hard to contact on pone. Answering service is very poor.they do not know what they doing.when you call keep you waiting and phone cut off.i advice not to use them.

Yesterday went to Conway. Short of breath was exposed to mold in my home. Was given a breathing treatment. And an order form. Told to go to LabCorp for mold testing. After waiting 2hours they sent me to a lab that doesn't do that type of testing. Went back to conway. And ask to speak to np. Tasheen. Was told just I don't even need the test. Not to worry about it.i went to ormn lab testing with the order. Because I know I need the test. Got there they called her. She told them not to bother ‍️. Basically a waist of time gas money because the guy asked her to specify which test blood/ urine/ swab. Was sent home. Called to speak to her. No answer no call back. Today. I went to an allergist. Who sent me to ENT.
The ENT looked for a referral. None in their system. She never gave me the referral to see the specialist. No one picked up to fax one over. No call back after leaving 3 messages n waiting to hear back. Currently back in hospital. Who is directing back to primary Care. After x-ray n CT scan etc. Currently googling new primary care physician. Which I should have done years ago. Bc of a false test from their office. I believe someone switched urine cup's in rest room where 6 other cup's were in the cabinet. Highly recommend going elsewhere. No one cares. No one likes their job. It's just showing up for a pay check. Should have read the reviews long ago. To whom it may concern please gather my records. I need a copy for a new family practice because this ain't it!

The doctors seem nice. But can never get anyone on the phone to make appointment and if you leave a message they never get back to you. I been calling for 3 months and no answer no call back. And if you go to the portal to send a message you can't because there is no conway on there. Or Kirkman either. So how are you suppose to send a message if the doctors are not on there. I have call and call. Even call mane office in Miami and no answer.

Worst primary care doctor I’ve had this office is ridiculous everyone has an attitude the doctor is never available to call or ask question unprofessional staff he prescribed me a inhaler I lost it called for another told them I needed asap he called me 5 days later to ask if I still needed the staff have serious attitude problem they have seniors Dominoes game and loud music most days it’s ridiculous how this place is being run don’t go here find someplace else changing my provider today they could care less about patients they don’t call back they don’t answer they never keep you updated they lost my blood after a blood test 2 times that a whole other story just change it to a karaoke bar/blackjack room cause that’s all that goes on there

The new office in Clermont looks great, but for the first time in my life I was discriminated against and the staff eaves dropped on my conversation with my doctor.it was humiliating to say the least. I loved my dr until this all came about. Now I’m looking for a professional office. And it’s not CANO health I wish I would have recorded it to show the unprofessional way they operate

The office staff and Dr. 's are really helpful and great people. However, ever since they became Cano Health and the new call center phone lines have been put in place has brought down the great customer service level and it makes it so difficult to speak to anyone at the office. Pretty much to reach anyone at the office you have to physically go to the office otherwise the call center is a lost cause. The Dr's are very knowledgeable, caring and provide really good health services. They take the time to actually treat you as a person and show concern for you as a person. If it wasn't for the call center point of contact to reach the office by phone, I would have given 5 stars. The call center should be for appointments and after hours.

The worst unprofessional doctor's office I ever been to the doctor schedule a CT scan he didn't provide the right information it wasn't approved by my insurance been calling the doctor for 5 days already they say they send them messages but I still haven't heard a word they would lie to you and tell you they will call you back and they never do

This has to be the most unprofessional office and appointment setting system that I have ever seen in my life. Dr. Melanie Simpson however is the most amazing doctor you were ever encounter but it really sucks that her office is in this place. I can only imagine the issues her patients have when she is a top-notch doctor having to go to an office that’s like a 2.

If I could choose 0 I would This place is so unorganized it takes 30 to 40 minutes each time to talk to someone or if you call back nobody knows why They will not fill needed medication unless you come in every 3 months but then they don't tell you they don't your insurance and let you go without important medication this place is a joke The Dr.doesn't even look at you he stares at a computer and completely ignores you

Worst Doctor’s Office ever! I had 1 appointment to go over blood work, ekg and get cleared for surgery. Day before appointment got a call saying that I had 2 appointments one day and another 2 days later. All they want is your money. Staff not very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor is clueless because he wants to see me every three months for blood work due to having borderline high blood pressure. My previous Doctor saw me 1 a year if no change.

I think they are trying their best I ve treating very well and id lije having a family in theoir place im very hapoy with their servises

Everyone there is inexperienced, have no knowledge what’s so ever, show no sign of empathy and are very unprofessional. Sorry excuse for a doctor’s office. Do not go here.

Avoid this place! Unprofessional and Doctor had one foot in the door and one out. They made alot of mistakes with paper work. No care what so ever. Good luck getting in touch with management. This place needs to be investigated and shut down! Alot of attitude from Staff members when called out on there mistakes.

Terrible service! The staff is very unprofessional, not willing to assist! Staff gets upset when they make a mistake! I’ve gotten hung up on, placed on hole for over 30 mins, and spoken down to! I will be going further then just writing a review about this terrible place!

I had an appointment at 9: 15 a.m and I was seating until 9: 51 a.m because they forgot about me it is currently 10: 00 a.m as I am writing this & no one has seen me yet. This place is VERY unprofessional & I am currently looking for another PCP provider.
