Cano Health Miami

I have been suffering from a joint pain and I heard that Cano was affiliated with La clinica del Dolor, I believe an institution that focuses on joint pain and all related to this matter. I heard from them after a while with 2 referrals for 2 different days, total disaster, I showed up for both appointments but there was no referral or any type of information whatsoever, I tried calling from the medical offices, but no one was able to help me on both days, that happened over a month ago, and I have not heard from Cano Health to this day. Horrible, complete misinformation, totally disorganized, definitely do not recommend this place.

I am so happy I could choose Cano Health. This is the best place to do follow up appointments, EKG's Labs and so fourth. They are prompt with their their patients, super fast and friendly. The manager made me feel really welcomed. She is super friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. They front staff and check out staff are the best. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I cant wait to refer my family and friends

Cano Tamiami is a very well oriented clinic. They are very respectful and helpful with all their patients. From the front desk to the managers they all communicate and assure the patient is properly attended. Great clinic!

Cano Health Tamiami in my opinion is the best clinic. They’re organized, friendly & helpful. They always find a way to make you feel like family there is never a hesitation to meet a patients satisfaction. Specifically the service given by the front desk which is not usually seen in other places. They are attentive and assure that the patient is aware as to where they have to go for each department. Very glad to see myself here!

My name is Mario Cordero, I am a Case Manager. Three weeks ago I left a County Handicap form for a replacement on behalf of my client. Today I came to the Cano clinic and it turns out that the form was lost. Anabel Armas and Daniela assisted me at the counter. They both treated me very badly after I asked for an explanation for my client's loss of form. I waited for an apology and a solution and they were very hostile. I called my client who is a patient of Dr. Claudia Vásquez and let her know. I hope this problem which is the responsibility of Cano Health is resolved.

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. The unprofessionalism is absurd. I called to make an appointment and specified I wanted blood work done. I was told to fast (mind you my appt wasn’t until 1pm) and they would be able to do the blood work once I got to the office for my appt. Once I went in the doctor then told me that I was healthy and I did not need any blood work. I had to go back and forth with the doctor to get a referral for blood work after being told I could get the blood work done at their office. I ended up leaving without any blood work done due to the refusal of the doctor. Find anywhere else to go in Miami but definitely NOT here!

I have been a patient at Cano Health for over a year now, and the service provided to me and my family is wonderful. They go up and beyond to try to satisfy your needs, and Dr. Mauro, and the front desk are very helpful.

The service provided is beyond amazing, and they have a wonderful and amicable front desk. The workers are friendly, and always there to help you in any of your needs. I really recommend this Cano Health location, beyond impressed.
