Canopy at Citrus Park reviews
17The maintenance team is super wonderful. Always willing to help, very respectful and friendly.
Been here for nearly 4 years and always had great consumer service from Anna and entire office staff
Living here has been awesome. DOLLY, LISA, ANNA, ALBERT and the entire team have been doing a fantastic job. The area feels very safe and homely. ALL of the buildings and amenities are well kept. We look forward to staying here as long as possible.
Thank you DOLLY and team for making us feel at home.
Good location. Gated. Nice apartments. Dog friendly. Valet trash is nice. Nice elevator. Good parking. Nice dog park. However not well maintained. Moldy ceilings in outdoor walkways. Drywall ceilings in common areas coming apart. Missing finish.drywall tape hanging. Dirty common area cement walkways & stairs. Old trees are an issue with branches falling on cars. Plumbing and low water pressure issues.
Valet only picks up when they want to.
Also when you live here they nickel and dime you for everything using the common areas. Look else where!
Just moved out and we loved living here. Beautiful property and pool area. Dolly from the office is so helpful and nice!
Only downfall is they charged us over $250 for the oven bc they said it has scratches on it but $250? ! I feel taken advantage of just so they can get a new oven. I was also charged a touch up cleaning fee even tho I literally scrubbed the base boards on my hands and knees. We weren’t able to do the walkthrough with them because we were moving out of state and they weren’t available the day we needed to leave. So definitely do the walkthrough with them!
Dolly is more than a leasing agent! She is absolutely the kindest and knowledgeable human I’ve met. I wish she didn’t have to deal with so many of the entitled crybabies that live here but she clearly pushes through and always smiling!
Been here since August and everything has been great! I have had 2 maintenance request so far and each were responded to ASAP. The maintenance workers had left for the day and one of the office ladies came to make sure our sink was fixed for the night. I recommend!
I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I’ve had here. All of the girls in the office are wonderful! Dolly, Lisa and Anna all go above and beyond to help with anything you may need. The maintenance guys are all on top of any problems that arise and super friendly. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know looking for an apartment in the area.
My wife and I lived here for almost 4 years and it was GREAT at first. The apartments are spacious, clean, and the previous management staff was great.
Though after spending a few years in our unit, it quickly became apparent that a lot of the sheen was just surface level in some ways.
It was very obvious that the company that built the complex cut corners EVERYWHERE. Cheap paint, cracks in the wall, TERRIBLE carpet, etc. A lot of these things were subtle and didn't come up until we spent some time in the space. However, nothing was TOO major, so we made the best of it, and the unit was mostly fine.
However, things have very quickly gone down hill over the last year or so. After we decided to move out, I knew something was amiss when we requested materials to help us prep the apartment for move out, and the leasing agent was very coy about letting us do things like paint.
We paid for their concierge move out service (nearly $300 lol), and still received a massive bill for various charges related to the condition of the apartment, even though we were told that filling in holes etc was fine.
Another reviewer mentioned that the management here will take you to the cleaners after move-out and it's 100% accurate. If you have options, don't bother with this place.
Things kind of look nice on the surface, and the units are relatively ok, but you'll be treated poorly when you decide to move out and that matters too.
I have lived here for over 3 years and Anna in the office has been the absolute best! Always responds back immediately and is always willing to help no matter what. Couldn’t ask for a better person and place to live.
The leasing staff here are wonderful and go above & beyond. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming & truly makes you feel at home.
They have no problem taking money from disabled veterans. I was told I would get a call back for my refund by Saturday and it’s now Wednesday and I haven’t heard back. I also still do not have my refund.
Been living here almost a year. Apartments are nice, staff is pretty friendly. Lou from the maintenance staff stands out to me. He’s always been friendly when I run into him in passing and came to fix a maintenance issue I was having this week. He arrived within 24 hours of me putting in my maintenance request, got my issue resolved quickly, and gave great service. I’ve lived at 2 separate Olympus properties in 2 states (TX/FL) and the maintenance staff has always been top notch.
Louis from the maintenance team is 100/10 amazing. Truly amazing person and very personable. He's the guy you want getting the job done!
The move in experience has been amazing. We just moved to Tampa from Washington state and looking for our new home. We kept researching different areas and finally found Canopy at Citrus Grove. Dolly followed up with me right away and my Wife and I went on a tour to view the apartment. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We also appreciated that the unit that we saw would actually be the apartment we would be renting and not just a model. The pool is awesome. Great small dog park for our pups. Literally wheels like resort living. Most important, the staff! Dolly made us feel welcomed and her and Anna were very helpful. Louis the maintenance engineer is also a great guy. Thank you for our new home!
Everything looked as if it was going ok until we moved in 3 days ago and it has been 3 days of killing roaches every night. There is a roaches infestation, where we are even afraid of walking into the kitchen and living room with roaches falling on us. This is a nightmare. Me and my husband are walking around at 11pm, 2am killing the roaches that keep coming out. Baby roaches, pregnant ones.aside from that cleaning the apartment from day 1, the cabinets look to have been replaced which is good. But that's about the only positive. Floors were filthy, windows, balcony, front door dirty. Sigh.there's just no way I would have even thought this possible for the amount of money we are paying monthly for this apartment.
