Well what can I say if Disney existed in Ocala? This community of homes would be it, this place is amazing, the finishes, the amazing amenities and the best part of all is the property management. Malcolm is amazing at what he does. Knowledgeable and on it will take care of all your needs and more. A huge thank you to Rebecca, Lauren, and Gigi. You guys made me feel so comfortable and made the process so easy on my part and blueberry, We send you a huge hug. Thank you. Everyone at Canter was amazing Laurie, Rebecca, Malcom were all amazing.laurie and rebecca were super patient and helpful and made the process super easy and took care of me. Malcom has been the friendliest maintenance person i have ever met, he is super cool and takes care of everything i need, he answered every question i had and is very efficient.

Extremely welcoming, clean community. Rebecca was extremely helpful with move in and lease. Malcom is very outgoing and passionate!

Mr malcom was a great help with my walk through, he will make sure you are taken care of if you move here! Cool dude and funny. 10/10 top level!

Living here is awesome! I feel comfortable knowing i can rely on staff and my favorite maintenance man Malcolm! He prioritizes the well being of the residents with positive attitude and it makes me feel like it’s okay if i have a problem.

Amazing experience since the first day I came to look at these apartments. I knew from the beginning, this is the place I was going to call home. Everyone has been wonderful from the office staff to the maintenance man Malcolm. He did a very thorough walkthrough with me on move in day and ensured everything was working perfectly.
