I lived here from 10/2020 to 10/22 this place was heaven on earth to me! The staff and maintenance were very professional and helpful. I cried when I left due to family emergency. If I was able I would have spent the rest of my days there! Thank you for having me!

This place is poorly administered and employees need to be replaced. I called the office at 2: 50 this afternoon to report my air conditioner stopped working. I spoke to Catherine. I called back 5 times and it is now 5: 05. I'm moving next month because of unsatisfactory service. They don't deserve 1 star.

I give 1 star only because they had to deal with my 80 yr old mother in law who was severely depressed after the loss of her husband of 50 yrs. She was very needy learning to live alone and not the nicest of persons on some days. She did however pay her rent on time and kept a clean abode. Her mental health had turned and they decided to not renew her lease. Which basically means they where going to evict an 80 yr old woman if we didn't remove her. I asked management that if we move quickly and fly down the next weekend form 1800 miles away that if they would forgo the last month of her contract and not consider her in breach. She said "sure I can do that" We moved quickly that weekend donating most of her items to the local tenants and left a clean apartment despite a candle wax stain which was acceptable to charge for. Apparently a verbal agreement wasn't enough and they not only kept her remaining deposit but threatened they could have come after us for another month for breach of contract which was not possible since they weren't renewing it any way. I just wanted to say thank you for keeping 900.00 from a women who has only pennies to her name. A high class operation you have there. Every bad rating you have is apparently true.
