CAO Bakery & Cafe reviews
15The bread with tortilla left a lot to be desired, old bread, terrible orange juice, watery coffee with milk, the cake.left a lot to be desired
Why are people wasting their time going to pinecrest bakery when CAO bakery offers the same great delicious food and better prices?
I have visited twice and I have had a very good experience, everything very clean, the girls very good service, today I went to buy some ladies for my grandmother and they were super fresh and delicious. Thanks I will continue visiting
They fail to comply with the orders and do not notify you carefully that they do not have the products after having paid for the order in advance.
Im only giving this a 1 star because I can’t give it a 0.i went in may 16th @12: 40pm.from the moment i walked in poor customer service.i asked the cashier, what comes in a pan con bistec and she smirked like if all bakeries make it the same.i asked for lettuce and tomatoes and to take off the papitas and when i recieved my pan con bistec it came out untoasted, no tomatoes, and no onions.the girl in the back looked to be hazily doing her job so i asked for it to be toasted again.i asked her where the tomato’s were to which she told me “i told you there wasn’t any. ” which was not the case & they charged me for it.then i asked for them to toast it more & add onions they missed.even after all that, the steak was flavorless & dry.my lettuce was soggy because kitchen staff has never had any culinary experience to know lettuce doesn’t get cooked & to top it all off the inconvenience of having to keep asking them to fix their poor work ethic.never coming back. 0/10 food 1/10 customer service. Vicky Bakery would never.
Visiting from out of town and went to their bakery as recommended by a friend and it was a horrible experience. Customer service very rude and lacking in communication and good manners. Pastelitos
and croquetas cold and hard. Never AGAIN!
One of the best bakeries in Kendall. The food is exceptional but the staff is even better. I get my cortadito and croquettes here every morning before going to work. Ivette waits for me with a smile on her face, Joel always is a sweetheart. It does not matter who you see or what time you come it’s like coming home! Keep up the work!
Something has changed here
Management for sure
Bad attention and the croissants we ordered are really really old (minimum 2-3 days old)
Maybe a year I didn’t come, it was excellent at that time
Freshly made empanada and cheese cake was the best choice of the day, but the colada sealed it in and made it the greatest choice
This bakery used to be so good I want today and I got 8 pastelitos they where cold and taste old.
Bad customer service. I asked for a fresh Orange Juice, the request was denied. Clerked asked the manager, he also denied my request. Said I had to take the ones that were juiced at 10- 12 pm.
Not coming back here.
Very good cakes. $1.50.acceptable Cuban bread (nothing extraordinary) I bought it thinking that it would be as good as the cakes but it was not like that. I saw the croquettes very expensive and I did not buy them ($1.50). The cortaditos and coffee with milk in glasses that were too small! The cakes looked very nice and appetizing! The girls were kind! The place is very clean and pleasant. I recommend it? Yes
I ordered a sandwich and a cappuccino. The sandwich was not fresh and the coffee was filled with cinnamon.
A little disappointed because the place is nice. But it can improve both in service and in the quality of the products.
STOP counting, today i have the best FRITA i ever had in my life, CUBA before Castro, And the pastelitos, same touch, the BEST.
Great Cafe and empanada. The staff is always friendly and the bakery is always clean. See you guys on Friday.
