Kevin is so cool! He was such a great energy and we hit a great jackpot! This is one of our favorite arcade! Best employees, super friendly, very clean and over all a must go! We will be back to see Kevin ASAP!

I wanted to try another arcade in the area but they were closed for two hours. It must been slow. So I went to cape palace. It was okay. I played a machine. It didn't do anything. I played another machine. And got a bonus and won my money back. Then sat there and played some of it back. I saw a sign saying they have beer. They didn't offer any. Other arcades they offer beer and snacks as soon as you walk in.

One fish table, card game machines, lightnings, multi-games machines. Excellent service, friendly staff

My favorite place to play! I’ve won 2 big jackpots there and love it. The owner is very nice and offers free drinks, sandwiches and chips.

Worst customer service ever! I had never been there before. It was my first visit to an Arcade ever. So I had no idea that I couldn’t put cash in the machine. The lady yelled at me from behind the counter and very loud and rudely said “YOU CANT BUT CASH IN THE MACHINE! ” I approached the counter and apologized and said I didn’t realize it didn’t take cash. She rudely said “You didn’t see this big sign? That says TICKETS ONLY? REALLY? !? ! ” I said yes I did see that sign but it said Plinko so I assumed it meant plinko only takes tickets, which I don’t want to play plinko! Idk what plinko even is! She replied with an even ruder attitude than before! “NO ALL MACHINES ONLY TAKE TICKETS! ” I said well ok I’m sure there was a more polite way you could of explained that to me! Obviously I’ve never been here before and honestly I have no desire to stay here I will go spend my $ at a different arcade where they actually like their job and actually want to make $ for there place of employment! And that’s exactly what I did! I recommend anyone thinking of going here should do the same! I’ve never had anyone working in customer service ever treat me so rudely! I was flabbergasted by her behavior and she was well old enough to know better! She was probably late 50’s early 60’s blondish gray hair.

I wish I would have won. But don't we all? Lol but it's very nice there and the staff is top notch.

I visit many Arcades and this one is the best for customer service, games and payouts. They know there customers by name. They are helpful in explaining the games or answer any questions you may have. Excellent!

The machines are very tight. Hard to even win a little just to play for a bit. Cost a fortune to play for couple of hours. Unless you just want to get out for 15 minutes and lose a few hundred. Gambling is gambling, some will win majority will lose. Stay away and spend your money wisely. The thrill here is not worth the outcome.

Don't let them sit there and lie to you everybody else that writes a comment is there friend and I'm not talking about customers when I was there I felt like everything was set up if there's a big jackpot one of their friends are playing it what about the party that nobody wins and all the machines payout the worst

Very disrespectful very snobby the manager is a true work of art she plays the games and wins every time and I'm sitting here with a couple of customers not winning anything and her whole staff is allowed to play the games for the people that don't know that's a big advantage they can see what goes in and what goes out which is scamming I will no longer take my business here you should do the same.

Best arcade in all of Lee County. The most games to choose from, the friendliest staff, and highest wins in town. I won't play any where else.
