Very good service. I have been caring here for 3 years and I am very satisfied with the care my teeth receive ️ Good doctors, good service at the reception and my dental cleaning with Maria I adore her
THEY SENT THE COPS TO MY HOUSE.don’t go to this place it’s a dishonest clinic they just want your money. So my husband when in for a cleaning mind you we had to wait six months as I’m in the lobby I hear the receptionist talking badly about the other dentists working their totally unprofessional at that point I just wanted to leave. So after a hour of waiting the dentist comes in and says it’s 300 for a cleaning then 15 minutes later 600 for a cleaning when we got told on the phone it was 150 X-rays for free. We decided to not go through with it as we were leaving the dentist chases after us saying X-rays need to be paid for mind you they said it’s free. We get home and a police offficer is waiting for us. We contact the sergeant and he ends up apologizing to us because it was not this clinics place to do this additionally the cops showed up to the clinic and basically told them to not waste by wasting police officers time. Truly shameful oh and they sounded proud too. I understand dentistry doesn’t pay much and it’s depressing but that’s the career you chose. To save you time just go to dentists in Mexico they are truly the best
The office is a convenient location for me. The Dentist
& Tech Assistants are courteous and friendly. Im very satisfied with the work I've received.
As patient Cape Smiles was a great experience. Friendly and professional. The hygienist, Carla was wonderful as well as Dr. Low.
Thank you all.
Cape Smiles, my first visit. Very high level of service. From front to back absolutely professional. There are discount dental offices with posted prices less than what I paid, however today I am certain I received a first rate exam and consultation. Update: yesterday I received an extraction and an accompanying bone graft. Everything went perfectly virtually no discomfort at all.
I believe Cape smiles places a high premium on the cosmetic quality/outcome of their dental procedures. Excellent dental office, but pricey. $$$
Great experience. Everyone was very excellent, receptionist, insurance personnel, x-ray personnel, and Dr. Low. I highly recommend this office.
My first visit for cleaning was wonderful. A subsequent visit to have a damaged crown replaced could not have gone worse; I am still have major discomfort in a tooth next to the one that was repaired. The dentist who worked on me to remove old crown is a baffoon. Different dentist put on new crown. Seems to be lots of dentist turnover in this office… stay away!
Awesome dentistry! Very polite and honest. No wait time. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Cape Smiles!
Dr Wise is very caring and makes sure everything is perfect. The dental assistant Anthony is super friendly and makes the experience much easier.
I will give the dental hygienist a 5 star. But I find it odd that I never saw the dentist. How does one be billed for a dentist appt without seeing a dentist?
If you are looking for a dental office, this one is top notch! The staff is friendly, you don’t have a long wait time, the office is clean. I have Dr. Wise and she is great! I can’t give enough stars for the care I receive at Cape Smiles:)
If you want real professionals that do a great job this is the place. I stayed away from dentists for a few years after going to one that gave me mixed results. Cape Smiles changed my thoughts on dentists. They are polite, respectful, and are fantastic with their work. Came in for a cracked crown. They took me in as a new client and fixed it up as well as the tooth in-front which was chipped.
First time visit. From Wisconsin.
I was blown away by the service from the gals at the front desk to everyone. Very technically advanced with imaging.
Friendly staff. No upselling at all. No pressure for anything.
Cleaning was a little different then I'm used to, but none the less cleaned and polished.
Everything was explained and visualized. Plan of care based on insurance and thoroughly explained.
I will recommend to anyone who asks
Well organized and everyone is on bored with communication with one another from front desk to dental hygienist to assistant to dentist. I am happy I chose them.
They are very open and honest with you on how to best work with your teeth. Very personable, willing to work through all the problems with you.
This dental group has been taken care of my teeth for years. They are very professional, courteous, kind, and do a very thorough job.
For 6 months I had a 2: 00 appointment for Dec 15. Last week, via text, the office asked if I wanted to change my appointment to Dec 12, but I responded that I could not change the date. When I arrived today, I was advised that I must not have confirmed my appointment since I was not on their schedule. I responded that I had confirmed and they had contacted me after changing my appointment date. The office staff then located the texts and advised they could get me in at 3: 00. I have been a patient for 3 years. I expect better.
Friendly, helpful, honest.
Edit: two years ago I gave a good review because of a friendly staff. Which has been true of all of my visits. But now all of my dental work is needing redone. The first time I had a filling come out I had it replaced at Cape Smiles for free. The next time it came out I went somewhere else. Along with that filling I had two more that were moving out of place while flossing. Because they were lose my tooth was decaying under the filling. I now need a crown. I was told all my fillings were fragile and bulky, which sounds about right considering they were uncomfortable and are all coming out.
Because my dental work was not done correctly the first time I am spending a lot of money to fix it, I was also in a lot of pain. I will not go back to Cape Smiles despite the friendly staff.
Good location. Hygienists are great, but I get a new one every time I come. I haven't seen the dentist in 2+ years which is a little odd.
