Joe assisted me when I needed my brake pads changed. I've used multiple MB dealerships for service but this was by far the best experience I've had. Joe made sure everything I needed was taken care of, I was put in a rental car, and the work was done well. Will definitely be returning for future work!

William Gilkes (Bill) has given us the best service experience. He has done an outstanding job time and time again, and we are grateful to have him to work with. My family has a number of Mercedes Benz cars, all of which we use Bill to help us service. Not only is he prompt and helpful, but he communicates perfectly through text-message pick up and drop off. I will continue to recommend Bill to all of my friends!

I have also been a Capital Euro service customer since 2010. After a few year hiatus I returned to CE after recently buying a pre-owned CLS 550 in May 2020 in Atlanta and an extended warranty. I was assigned to Parke Stafford and he has lived up to his excellent reputation for great service. He always keeps you informed and always goes the extra mile to save money whenever possible which is not often with Mercedes service costs. But you get what you pay for and at CE you get the Best!:)

I get all of my vehicle serviced here seem to do really great work at least I know that when I get my vehicle back that it is fixed. Vehicle is always returned in a timely manner. Thanks guys.

Took my ML in for what appeared to be a dead battery issue. Parke Stafford immediately greeted me and worked me into the schedule. Completed the analysis, determined all was well and then had the vehicle washed. Very professional and great attention to customer service.
