I’ve used Capitol Hitch several times and the last two were disappointing. The most recent involved the installation of a wiring harness for a vehicle towed behind our motorhome. The wire run under the vehicle from front to back was flex tied in place. The placement of these ties on metal parts without any shielding cut and shorted out the harness. Shielding was used inside the tail light area. Why not under the vehicle?

They helped me and my partner out with a last minute Hitch installation. They are the nicest people and provide a wonderful experience.

For more than a year I had been frustrated with my roll-n-lock bedcover opening while driving. Eric worked with the manufacturer for a replacement part plus they found it was misaligned. I've been over 3 railroad tracks, rough road, and a country road and it is still closed. I am so excited to have this functional. Thank you Eric abc's Capital Hitch.

This place has terrible service and a manager that is an AH
The company that installed my shell in Indiana paid these people to reseal it so it wouldn’t leak. It still leaked and Jim said they would redo it at my expense OR I could take it back to the place that installed it. When I asked why I should pay again for something they were just paid to do, he gave me same answer.
Go there at your own risk, especially if you are from out of town
