Dustin did a wonderful job on my car. He is thorough, detail oriented, explains things clearly, and shows pictures to better explain what is happening with the car. He is one of the better mechanics that I have ever had work on any of my vehicles.

On 12/7/23, I took my wife's 2023 Audi Q5 in for a 10,000 mi.service and Victor Whaley, my service advisor, told me they could complete the service in 1-1/2 hours, including washing and vacuuming the car. So, instead of taking the shuttle home, I took a seat in the customer waiting area. Sure enough, he had me checked out in the time he promised and applied a discount coupon to my invoice. Last week I took our 2015 VW Sportwagen TDI to Capital Eurocars for some diagnostic work. Dustin Wheeler was my service advisor and has been for previous visits. He is always upbeat and very customer orientated. His product knowledge is top notch and most of all does not recomend unnecessary procedures so common at many dealerships.

The service my car required took approximately 2+ hours. I was offered transportation service to my home and back when my car was ready but decided to remain at Capital in the comfortable and well stocked waiting room area until my car was ready. I had brought some computer work which kept me busy until the car was ready. I was happy to see that it also had been washed and looked very nice! I will continue to use the services of Capital Volkswagen

Since I moved to Tallahassee, I have always had the absolute pleasure of working with Dustin Wheeler when getting my car serviced. He's super polite, thoroughly explains any issues and resolutions, leaves me with updates, gets my car fixed quickly, and just overall makes my car service experience incredibly pleasant. The facilities are also pretty nice for the rare occasion I actually stick around while my car is being looked at.
