This store has many beautiful lighting options on display for perusing. The staff (ask for Andrea) is knowledgeable and attentive and helped me find the perfect lighting fixture for my dining room and two unique lamps for my bedroom. I highly recommend!

Andrea was great! I had my four-year-old with me and she was wonderful with her as well as helping me quickly. Found something specific I needed and ordered it. Wonderful experience I will be back for sure!

I just got off the phone with Tyler who helped me with my order. I had questions about outdoor lighting and he took a great deal of time helping me. He discussed my options and which fixtures would be best for my location, which is near salt water. He had me take a picture of my current lighting and send it to him so he could better evaluate my needs. He was very friendly and helpful and he made the whole process easy to accomplish. Thanks to Tyler's insights I changed my mind on what I thought would be best. I wanted to place the order on my own so he added them to my cart and removed what I no longer wanted. There was no pressure to order with him on the phone which I really appreciated. He offered for me call if I have any issues at all with my order. Tyler provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this company because of Tyler.

We made two visit - the first was a 5 star experience all around. On returning, to make a purchase, while initially greeted, we were subsequently ignored. We had to interrupt a conversation among 3 nearby staff to get service.

The staff at Capitol Lighting were excellent. I was never neglected and was given satisfactory information no matter which fixture I looked at. I had no reservations whatsoever when I selected the light fixture for my back patio. It was a thoroughly enjoyable event. Your staff are excellently trained and enjoy their jobs, and are appreciated by us, the customers.

Barbara was incredibly helpful. The delivery of the lighting fixture I ordered from another store got delayed and I already had the electricians at my house to install the it. Barbara was very attentive and helped me find a new fixture that was available in the style that I needed. I would highly recommend Capitol Lighting and Barbara to anyone looking for lighting fixtures.

Our sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. I just wish there was a few more options to choose from. However, we DID find our forever chandelier so we’re happy. I hope it arrives sooner than eta date. We’ll see.

I had a bad experience at this store. The saleswoman was not helpful… actually rude (never left her desk) She couldn’t “ find “ my name in the computer (she asked me if l had bought things bf from Capital).
l picked out the fixture that l wanted and asked if there was a sale …she told me that there were no sales on the fixture that l was ordering. I checked on line after l ordered it through her and saw it was on sale for 20 % off. Since l was leaving the area, l chalked it up to … a lesson, just order on line from now on.
When l got back to NJ l noticed that she didn’t print out my order, l had no tracking number so l went to the East Hanover store and had a fantastic sales person that l have worked with before (see my review for that store) printed out my copy and told me that it was being delivered today.
I would rather drive up to Stuart or continue to order from the East Hanover store or online than return to the PBG Capital Lighting.
I just read other reviews and someone else found the woman l worked with to be “ snobby and snooty “ exactly what l found.

I had a great experience at Capitol Lighting. I bought my home 3 years ago and have bought all my light fixtures from Capitol and Doreen. Doreen is very helpful and extremely patient. I bought the wrong size fixtures and Doreen made it easy and painless to exchange them.
