Best pizza I have ever had,

I have had pizza all around America and I have not had better pizza. Atmosphere is great.servers are great and relatable and likeable. If you are in st. Pete give this a try. Do not listen to the bad reviews I am telling you right now. I would give this a official Dave portnoy review. 9.3 out of 10. One bit everybody knows the rules

Very Good Pizzas & Atmosphere. Tried both a New York style and a Chicago style pizzas.i preferred the New York onem

Solid NY style pizza in St Pete. Still haven’t tried most of the menu but have heard enough great reviews to feel confident recommending this based off of my limit experience.

Great and friendly staff, waitress was awesome and very attentive to us. We will come back when in town.

We were having a great time on a Friday night and then a lawn service came and mowed and blew dirt everywhere with leaf blowers. The noise was unbelievable. We left. Not sure why Cappy's doesn't speak to the people who hire that company. Good pizza.

This place has great pizza but the service has not been good the last 2 times we went. This last time no one even acknowledged us despite a worker walking right past our table, we left after sitting there for over 10min with nothing.

This place is a St. Pete treasure. A true jewel of Historic Kenwood. You have to see the inside of this place. Excellent food and service. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Food was great, but they were clearly slammed on Monday evening. Counter guy was super cool about everything. Issue was I was given a 25 min time to pick up my order, and I think it ended up being around 45 minutes for it to be ready. Counter guy spoke to one of the cooks and I think they screwed up something on the Chicago pizza. I think we can all understand, and I gave an extra 10 mins before I showed up.

Definitely the best pizza in town (get the chicago style). Their meatballs are excellent as a topping. Atmosphere is nice if you want an evening outside.

I've lived in St. Pete for 13 yrs and this was the first time at Cappy's. Everything was delicious! Great salad, great pizza! Highly recommended!

I am not sure how this place gets such high ratings. I've eaten pizza in New York and Chicago, if they were like Cappys then I would be disappointed. There are much better consistently good pizza options in St Pete. It looks like they have a quality consistency issue.

We sat outside around 8pm, nice atmosphere, nice staff, brought my puppy and our waitress brought out a doggie water bowl with ice cubes, decent prices for the food, pizza was cooked perfectly

Cappy's now offers a vegan Chicago-style pizza and it is fabulous! The option is not on their menu yet.

It's an old little house converted into a pizza restaurant! There were five of us and we had the back little room with a horseshoe shaped table with seating. I would suggest this place to anybody they also serve beer!

Pretty good pizza for FL.
But beware.the prices have increased from what it says on the menu on their website. Not sure why they won't update it.
And I agree with other reviewers; they are really stingy with their toppings.

We waited here for A VERY LONG TIME and they didn't acknowledge us and seated many parties before us, extremely rude

Prices are a little high, but I still keep going back.

Pizza has a gooey center and a crisp outter layer. Would definitely recommend.

Just came from there. Great Chicago style pizza but I'm more of the new York thin crust which I had tonight. Sauce is amazing, veggies are fresh. My friends had Chicago style meat and it was superb. Caesar and Greek salad tasty and wonderful. Great place for a family of all ages to have a terrific meal!

Super fresh, deep dish pizza was excellent. The NY style Cappy was delicious. All of the ingredients were fresh and appealing. Excellent pizza. Only complaint is the parking situation.
