Capriccio of Naples Italian Restaurant reviews
17Food was amazing as always, but this is about the service. Kaitlyn (sp?) was amazing. She had an answer for everything plus a recommendation for something else. She helped cater our wine experience to match our dining. Her level of care and attention are UNMATCHED. Especially in the day and age of poor service we all live in. She is an amazing bartender and asset to the establishment. Deserving of a raise before someone else gives it to her. Also a gentleman in a long tie who seemed to be newer to the place helped make our evening unforgettable. As foodies, we cannot enjoy a good meal without great staff to support it and we appreciated our experience tonight. Will be back to enjoy again
Alex was a fabulous server, answered all of our questions and was highly attentive. Food was amazing as well
I love this place! The sauce is awesome. The manicotti is delicious! I am a fussy authentic Italian eater, feeling like I am a connoisseur being that I have been making my own Italian sauce for many years. Capriccios is at the top! We'll be back!
This restaurant it’s fantastic. Even fantastic it’s not the perfect word to describe it, but the closest one. We arrive a little bit on time for the close, they just sit us and makes us feel totally comfortable and no rush on the time. Our waitress Kaitlin was absolutely kind, friendly, nice and professional. Food was a 10/10, gnocchi Gorgonzola was incredibly amazing with a side of warm day bread. Nothing could be more perfect than this night in this restaurant. I am really very thankful with the personal working in there.
Next time in Naples I will be back?
Wonderful Mother’s Day dinner with family. Everyone really enjoyed the delicious food and the warm and cozy Italian atmosphere. Your instantly dining in beautiful Italy with gracious service and charming music. An entirely delightful experience.
Food sucked. Antipasto Freddo (way too acidy: all vinegar, no olive oil) and Seafood Marinara (all watered down) the calamari was way too hard. Garlic rolls way too hard. No flavor. Definitely not Italian chefs. Neither dish had any flavor.
Absolutely fantastic food every time! The desserts are to die for. The tiramisu is made fresh in house and is seriously amazing.
Don't like leaving a poor review, but this is warranted. My cc was charged 2x for a meal at Capriccio's. After several phone conversations with various staff members and the manager, the charge still was not reversed, which is extremely disappointing. Be very careful, and frankly, my advice is to pay in cash! Unfortunately, I won't be returning to the restaurant.
The service was absolutely terrible! I’m not sure what happened to the old staff but this was not it.if it was my first visit i would never return it was that bad.the food was also not great too especially for the price they charge.my $30 bowl of pasta had super acidic tomato sauce and tasted like throw up.our server never checked up on us and after waiting 15 minutes for the bill we had to ask the hostess who was on her phone the entire time for the bill.sad to say that after coming here for years i will not be coming back
Recently, we dined at Capriccios. Along with the fabulous food, a large part of our dining experience was Jenesis.
Jenesis went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout the meal. This evening and Jenesis were one of the highlights of our month in Naples.
The Winter Park Girls
This restaurant has a very friendly staff, everyone there seemed so nice. The food was good but also a bit pricey, im not sure it's completely worth the price for quality. Would still reccomend it tho as the staff is great and the food is still good.
The staff was great but Teresa really went out of her way to make sure everything was as we wanted! What ever you're paying Teresa.is not enough!
Bravo Capriccios!
Bad service, server made comment “ Go back where you came from” owner seemed to condone behavior” must be a relative, Dirty Mouth Dirty Food” save yourself the experience
As an Italian from the little Italy section of Boston, this was ok, but very pricy for what you got. Would not go back, sorry.
Had an excellent meal here late Christmas Eve. Our server Lani made it very enjoyable. Very accommodating and not one word about having to work that evening. Very cozy atmosphere. Good drinks and wine.
This was our first time dining here. Unfortunately I can not give a good review. Long wait for drinks, long wait for meals (which half the table had to eat separate due to meals lagging out of kitchen). The food was good; but not great. Also discouraging was a fee snuck into the bill for credit card use.
The owner is charging FLORIDA CONVENIENCE FEE for credit card purchases. There is no signage no warning you don’t see it until it’s time to sign. Even the servers don’t agree, ask them. I was charged $5 for a $200 meal. It will be the last time. For a restaurant and owner that has been around this long it is a really bad decision. At least disclose this up front? I would have never ordered.
They also added too many tables in the dining areas it’s jammed, people can’t move from their table to the restroom or more worrisome the exits. How has the fire dept not sanctioned them? What is happening to my favorite Italian restaurant in the area?
